I know the title may be a bit generic, but it's a song I wrote about dealing with depression. Mainly, it sucks. Anyway, enjoy!

Running Away

Is every day I’m losing time
When I’m weak and hopeless you’re my cutting blade
And if somehow I lost you why would I fade
Yet I’m still growing darker
Cold and tired and by myself

I’m running away from you
But I just can’t escape from you

Drifting thoughts of distant life
Returned by feelings of the knife
As I’m holding onto you I know it’s wrong
But if I were to drop you, the feeling’s gone
