What are ways to get the crowd really into the show and get them moshing alot? I know alot has to do with the energy of a song so a good song to cover would be much appreciated as well. My band plays post-hardcore music with some emo influences in there too and listen to bands like Thrice, From Autumn to Ashes, Thursday, etc...keep in mind that the show is Saturday so things to do during a set are what I am mostly looking for.

My advice would be to just conentrate on playing your songs as tight as possible. That's really the only way the crowd will respond :thumb:

Probabaly the most important key in making the crowd go nuts and headbang:

Get A Very Good Drummer ! And during the soundcheck, check the drums and their sound properly !

A Good Drummer can change a song which sounds poor on a record into a live show hit.
