Besy way to records drum tracks with just a condenser.

I am recording an ep in someone's basement. all we gots is just a condenser mic, and when i try to record, the track farts a lot and stuff. The quality totally blows. Also there are seven piece mic packs for sale at places. where would you plug those into? i am naive to that whole subject... :confused:

Well firstly, What are you using to record the e.p. a 4 track or onto a pc? or through a mixer?
