Ok, I'm going to be a **** here, just to warn you ahead of time. I like the bass and guitar parts, the drum balance is a bit off and I'm not a fan of the tone, it's not the playing, but the tone doesn't seem to fit the song. Vocals are too quiet, couldn't really hear all of them, what little lyrics I could make out seemed a bit clichéd to me, and the singer is either flat or sharp (I can never tell which) but it's off. As someone whose entire family, except myself, has the singing gene, and went through vocal lessons and all that crap and they're all really good, singing that's a bit off is like nails on a chalkboard to me. Vocalist may not have been properly warmed up, or a bit sick, or just trying too hard (causes you to go sharp if you're trying to sing too hard). umm... guess that's it </*******>

ok first of all the singing isnt the greatest i mean in sounds like your to far from the mike and a little off pitch the drums sound like a drum machine at parts the symbols at times and the guitar should have tweaked sound through out the song to give it a better sound other then that sounds good keep rocking

i think it was great for the age group, keep on recording, give it some time and you will learn how to get out all the tweaks. but the vocals were a little quiet.

Keep on rock'n!

drums sounds like a drum machine, singer flat and the song doesnt really progress...its very monotone. but guitar and bass is gd. :thumb:

i really like breaking free but the vocals again are quite bad, the drums sound alot better tho but the drums fills dont really go with the song

its pretty good as a work in progress. I look forward to hearing the final product. One thing that hasnt been mentioned and im sure u guys will be fine with this by the final results but in the rough copy... the levels sounded a bit weird to me... most of the time they were good, but just every now and again they sounded all funny :S anyway keep up the good work guys... its good to see more of us 15 yr olds out there making music.

thanks for the feedback!i didnt notice the levels being messed up but ill make sure 2 take not of that when we do the re-recording. It is good to be playing music at this age, might as well get an early jump at it!

any more comments good or bad just speak your mind!

someone else probably said this, but im too lazy to read all the replys. you need to mix up the guitar parts a bit more, all the parts of the song kind of muck together. and the singing wasnt too good. drum fills were too fast and not right for the song. apart from all that, the song was pretty good.
