hey i've come up with a song and it really needs a good riff and/or solo to go with. so could someone please tab for me any riffs, solos or scales that are centred around the following chord progression:

B |G |D |A ||

what kind of feel/genre are you going for.....you could make those chords into anything

i'm looking for a good rock sounding riff - something that sounds real thick kinda like AC/DC or Metallica. you know a good rock song is what it is for

Hey, it's one of those classic chord progressions. I used the BGDA when I wrote Avoiding The Girl (http://www.purevolume.com/player_pop.php?profile_id=5999&k=159&first=16311) in high school. :)

I usually just fiddle around on the piano to figure out riffs to write in songs, but that's because I'm a piano player.

TS, we can't write the song for you. Try the Pentatonic scale, for an easy solo.

to do that u will ned to find out wat key it is in....then do the 1st pentonic on that key to get the best solo

I think that's the chord progression in Dig Up Her Bones by The Misfits too.

:) It is. If I remember correctly, it starts with A#.
