my band records with a mp3 player hooked up to a 8 track. unfortunantly the mp3 player input is getting worn out so our recordings are only on one ear. does anyone know a good mp3 player i could buy for recording purposes?

um... that sounds kinda odd, but, your best bet would be an ipod they rule!

its a little weird but it works quite well for us sinse we are so broke. idk about the ipod haha. do they have a line in input

ipod don't record unless you buy theat stupid voice recorder for it. Go on ebay and look for the creative nomad jukebox 3 for about $150. It has about 30 or 40 gigs and is great for recording
