I've recorded it again.. And this time I'm pretty sure I'm more on-key than the last time.. (This time it wasn't done at 3 am at low volumes trying not to wake my parents).

i mean, if you were playing guitar and singing at the same time, i give props to you for being able to do that, but your voice is just way off all over the scale. pop in Make Yourself, and record yourself singing against Brandon Boyds vocals, then you can see what you are doing wrong. either that or vocal coaching, the first alternative is cheaper

Hmm, I made the same mistake back in the day of trying to record I miss you, that got binned promptly...

Been singing/recording almost 2 years now and I still wouldnt say I have the skill or the range (something that wont change any time soon!) to record I miss you.

If you listen to it, the leaps in the melody from low to high are immense, its reeeeally hard!!

it sounds like your trying to hold your voice back to sing mellow, id try to sing something a bit harder or just a harder incubus song. maybe a certian shade or pardom me?
