Eleventeen - about 5 syllables more than 2 haikus, i think. Average imagery, nothing jumps out at me. 4

zeppelinfan2k3 - 'hole into the heart of the soul'. thats the first time i've heard that combo of three common words. good storytelling. 2

Eleventeen- Not bad, not bad, a little short but I dont really dig those styles much anyway but good job 4TH

zeppelinfan2k3- nice, this one comes in for a close second place. The only crit I have is that you use too many 'sion' words. Other than that, pretty good. 2ND

addicted_tochaos- very nice. I like the 'take the library out of the book' line. Very nice imagery used. 1ST

#3 - Eleventeen: This had such a deep powerful message but surely could have been better developed.

#4 - zeppelinfan2k3: Not to say the writting is bad but I didnt get a lyrical feeling at all.

#1 - addicted_tochaos: I just dont have enough time to absorb this. I want to vote before it closes and I've been outta town for a week. But where awppwlinfan2k3 fails to conjure a lyrical feeling this one succeeds.

#2 - RunAmokRampant: I picked up from the part that starts with Tirade. I couldnt connect with the first half but did with the 2nd.
