i seen no thread about dmc and i think that there should be one. this has the be the most hardcore game ive ever played. and at the moment im about halfway into the second one. its not as kick *** as the first but a pretty **** good sequel in my opinion.

I didn't really like either to be honest, I preferred the first one to the sequal, that was the only one I completed...

The second one blew bigtime. I don't think there's ever been such an utterly horrible piece of **** sequel to such an utterly incredible first game.

Third one looks like it might be better. As long as they don't screw it up again.

i hate fighting Nelo. so boooring the time that he teleports everywhere.
that fight ruined the purpose of "fast paced" battles. i was just wandering around half the time looking for how to get up to him on his last teleportation.....

If you can only beat the first one on Easy, it sounds like you are the type of gamer that the creators of the second one had in mind when making such a steaming pile of crap.

One of the best parts of DMC2 was the badass intensity of Dante's character and the tons of Matrix-like moves that had oh so much use!

i think the 2nd one is such a let down because of the inventory of weapons and you cant purchase new moves with the red orbs. in the first one you started off wiht hardly nothing but jump and the swing of a sword and you got to build upon that. dmc2's gameplay is good and the new moves added in are pretty sweet but the weapons and the fact that there is no moves to purchase piss me off.

One of the best parts of DMC2 was the badass intensity of Dante's character and the tons of Matrix-like moves that had oh so much use!Too bad you only had about 5 hours to use the "tons" of moves, since it barely took that long to beat the game.

I got DMC 2 for ps2 a while ago.......................played on it for all of half an hour before putting it away..................I'm planning on selling it soon.............................................. ...utter crap

yeah thats another complaint of mine. i dont understand why someone would want to make a game thats at max 4-5 hrs long and then put a 50$ sticker on it. it pisses me off.

I have the first one. Meh. It's OK.

I was always annoyed I could never figure out how to do that thousan cut move. It always happened by accident. The range of moves was pretty limited, unless there were a load of combos I just didn't know about.

Great series, however, they could've done with leaving the second one out. I mean, it was good and all, but entirely too damn short.
I did quite enjoy the last boss, though.

I think the first one still remains the best, though they did a great job with the third.

i played the 2nd or 3rd one and i couldnt get passed the first boss without losing tons of hp. seriously id have only a few milimetres of health once i was through with him.
