Halo 2's stats system is actually pretty simple. When you win a game in a ranked matchmaking playlist you earn experience points. When you lose a game in a ranked matchmaking playlist you lose experience points. Your total experience points determine your level. Simple.

They dont test a lot of things. The Human Spartan can lock onto opponents farther away than Elites can. This includes swords. Funny that bungie says elites are just as good as Spartans.

I don't give a **** about targetting distance, I just tend to get a bit ****ing pissed when people start super jumping, headshot aimbots and super speed. You shoulda seen this one game SK played tonight though, it was Assault on Warlock and we tied it 2-2 and they had every mod. They were the worst cheaters I've ever seen.

Halo is pissing me off. This morning I play Team Preview to see the new maps in real action and I get ****ing Ivory Tower. I hate that map. 1 teammate leaves and it's lagging like hell so I leave. Next I get single bomb on Warlock. All 3 teammates leave, one guy has a modded Xbox. After the game he's like
"Well THAT was easy..."
"What are you talking about all my teammates quit and you had one shot kills and I heard you talking about Action Replay"
"It's not Action Replay and it's not one shot kills it just fires really fast, nub" yes he pronounced it "nub"
then he goes on to tell me he's a "legit level 28 and that once you get that high you always get modded so he made this account so he could mod people". Way to ****ing go. He's mad because people mod him and he can't get to level 30. So he mods people my level (20). **** him. Then I join my friend and his friend who are level 15 and 19 and we play Lockout on Team Slayer. Basically, they were sucking it up so we lost. Then we are playing on Beaver Creek. It is lagging like hell and our guy drops. So of course we are getting our asses kicked. Then my 2 dumbass teammates get a bright idea:
"Let's kill ourselves so they leave"
I just didn't even say anything. I just reveled in the stupidity of this comment.
So they start killing themselves, believeing this to work. Then one betrays the other and he kicks him. WAY TO GO CHAMP! Then he leaves. So I just hide so they don't get 50 kills. They were like

Rumble Preview is sweet.. I played 5-6 games and I only played from the newest 5 maps which is exactly how it should be. Although I didn't get to play Backwash and that's one of the best new maps. Relic is a bit too big to be put on an 8 person FFA. :(

Sweet! They reset Team Preview stats and added in all the new maps and (I believe) took out all the older ones that they had in there such as Ivory Tower, Zanzibar etc. Relic is awesome for snipers.. especially CTF. You can really dominate the map from one position if you're a good sniper.

Yea you definitely used to be real good. Just get a few nights of practice in and you should be fine. Just remember they updated the melee attack so it's a lot more powerful. Grenades as well.

My highest level is a 24 in TS. I usually **** around in other gametypes until I have a full party of good players then play TS because I hate playing with people who suck.. and unfortunately there's a lot of that going around. :(

My favorite gametype right now is Team Preview.. but I think quite a few people think it's team training because there are so many quitters. :(

Yeah, everynight all we do is play training unless I feel like trying to level up in slayer. It's fun just to dick off. that just shows that your a nubcake, i have a 40, two 42s, and 43s, 44s, and 45s on my friends list and none of them cheat at all. About 1/3 of the players 35 and up cheat, and they are all banned permenatly now, cause of the AU4. I am 100% legit, and i listened to my xbox so i never got modded
