Hoosiers, awesome story about a bunch of under dog country boys kicking some big time schools ***, what more could you want?
Rudy, there is just something about that movie... and that chant. A bunch of Drunk Bengal fans kinda stole it for a mediocre running back, but what can you do?

The movie where the football team is the underdog all season, but at the end comes up from behind to when the championship. Wait, Im sorry, that's every football movie.

Slap Shot, purely because it was filmed in my parents' hometown, and the team it was based on (Johnstown Chiefs of the ECHL) really ARE a bunch of violent/entertaining jerks.

Or Bad News Bears.

I have a Steve Hanson Jersey. I still want to get some of those glasses and go out on the local rink to goon it up.

The Hanson brothers were real people. As in, they really were hockey players and not just a pop band by the same name.

Their real name was the Carlton's (moved to Dave "Killer" Carlton" and only two of the Carlton bro's were in the movie, the other was in the playoffs when Paul Newman's schedule had an opening. Anyways, the director liked Hanson better than Carlton, so he switched them.
