I can never get past the first shotgun challenge, and I have no idea why, I have Hitman on pretty much everywhere, but I always lose at the points section of that challenge...

The first two Shotgun rounds are pretty easy because you don't even have to aim right on the red crosshairs. Those babies blast the target apart pretty easily. The only problem is the third round, where the other two challengers use the shotgun to their advantage (they can't aim for ****!) and blast the target apart before you have a chance to. Watch out for that one!

It's the big one in downtown Los Santos. THere's a yellow arrow at the bottom that will take you up to the top.

There's a couple of places. The skyscraper in Los Santos, top of Mt Chiliad, the point where you shoot the helicopters down in the mission for Toreno and some others.

there is no parachute at the top of chilliad, only body armor/


anyway, im up to doing the missions with the crazy j.lo bitch...

they are hard and confusing, once you finish one, can you go and save it, or die? or do you have to do them all at one time?

Very helpful list. I had to resort to it for one or two cars to finish the import/export job. I think it took me at least two days of non-steady play though to find all the cars.

By the way, has anyone driven a Turismo? I happened to steal one driving around Las Venturas yesterday, although I had never seen one before that and I haven't seen one since.

It took me ages to find a Remington and then I just found one on the freeway in Los Santos. The easiest way to find cars like that is to get a similar car.

Remingtons are easy to find..they're all over Los Santos. It's a lowrider type car. But yea, if you're driving the same type of car they're much more likely to spawn.

Has anyone else beaten all 3 Chiliad Challenges? The last one was so damn annoying. Luckily the AI goes pretty slow as well.

I found it really hard to find a Remington but I found the Admiral easily. There was loads outside my garage. JmE said he had trouble finding an Infernus but there was always about loads of them all around my safehouse in East San Fierro.

You get in the car and drive it into the parking garage under the hotel, park it in the red blip, and run back up to the front of the hotel. It's really boring.

At first, bike skill, cycle skill etc goes up pretty fast but then it takes ages :confused: What can you do to make it increase faster?

If you just cycle everywhere you can get cycling skill maxed in under an hour. I did.

Then you could send that silent GTA 3 guy on errands in ten years when the chronology gets to him (isn't he also Catalina's new boyfriend in that last racing mission in the back country?).

So I found out the areas in LS and LV are normal areas that you are supposed to be able to take over. :(

But Catalina was such a crazy bitch, I hated her so much.

It really isn't that hard. It's the basic GTA concept of the yellow dot. Once you start the Valet Missions, you drive the car to the underground garage and park it in the red blip. Then you get out and run back up to the driveway where the other Valets are standing.

Edit:I just completed the main storyline about half an hour ago, I was excited. I thought the final ending was kinda lame though, all you finally accomplished was taking crack off the streets of the ghetto. I liked VC better because you controlled a whole city. In this one, it seems like you didn't really do that much.

I think my ****ing save file is corrupted. When ever I load my game it says "failed to load" and restarts the game. I doubt there is, but does anyone know if there is any way to salvage my file?

Luckly my bro does have his own save file, which is working, so I no just made a dup of his to continue on... but even so, I am really pissed, and any help would be appreciated.

on san firrero is there a street racing mod shop cos i was driving around and i saw a shop that said street racing mods, but it want let me go into the garage,and also its not highlighted on that map, later on will it open , or is it just there for looks

You can mod most regular cars. Later on, you can mod the quicker, meaner sports cars.

I thought it strange that when you steal a harvester any other time in the game there is no gore nor even hay-bails if you drive over a field of hay. That little extra touch would have been nice (amongst all the other million little extra touches)

I actually went out looking for them today and found them in north LV, the nice neighborhood where the sports cars spawn.(I think it's called Pine-something) I found the Slavman and a Cheetah in a few minutes, it's a good spot to look for nice cars.

It does spawn there, it's behind a building up against a fence. (The building it's behind is the one that the red dot is on) When I first looked it wasn't there, but I went down the street a bit, circled around and came back and it spawns there.

I found one in the beach in SF on the west coast at one point. You could try there.

I had the same problem with her... I think I got lucky once and she appeared at (I think) 2am.. so as soon as the date finished I went and saved a few times and advanced the clock forward to around the same time... she was then there every day at the same time.

Get to about 30% and she calls you. then you can enter her house.

Or just kill her on a date, then wait till the yellow arrow appears at her door

Save near her house, and keep checking back. if shes not there, save again and check once more. She only appears at certain times

The gang territory left after you were kicked out of Los Santos, remember? You're not in control there, and if you went back you'd find a lot more Ballas to run away from. Just do your missions and wait for the storyline to bring you back to LS.

^ stab the first guy and take his gun, then climb the boxes and kill the guys, take their guns and use them to kill the rest of the people as you go along, make sure to get the guys ammo when you kill them, or youll run out

The ending is a bit disappointed as far as plot twists go...

pass it and keep going till you get really far ahead of it, then get off and shoot it, or you could just rive all the way to the end of the highway and wait for it to stop there and hover, then you can get a good shot in

Well, I'm still taking over gang territories even though the last mission is now open to me. I'd just rather consolidate my power than put out structure fires and try and catch people falling off a firetruck, is that so wrong?!

Im trying to pull of a perfect HALO jump into Los Santos after flying over with the Hydra. Not easy, as too late, splatted, too early and its 5 seconds descent down.

Totally pointless, but it looks great, especially if you land in gang territory and begin a gang war on arrival.

High Altitude Low Opening jump.

Its a Military Special Forces manover used to evade radar. A better description is where you jump out at a High Altitude, and open close to the ground, using the chute as a break, then hit the ground at a safe speed. It looks amazing when done right, and is a quicker way of getting down to the ground.

Getting it so you don't have any descent at all is quite hard. I managed it into the skatepark in Los Santos right next to the BMX. I landed, jumped straight on the bike and rode off. It also looks cool if you land in front of a bike and straight away dropkick the biker off it and ride away.

My favourite one was landing on a flat bed trailer on a train, then going round the map killing at each station, till I got 4 stars. Then lapped around again, took out a few choppers, and lasted till 6 stars, and got wasted at San Fierro station.

Right by the pleasure domes, theres a ramp that leads close to the bridge. I had six stars, and the helis came so close to me up there that i could plant c4 on the ground and blow them up when they flew past. :lol:

I did the same thing, it works well in a pickup truck as well because you can sit in the back and not get randomly thrown off. Just aim away from the cab of the truck and you are set.

Actually, I remember one time I had just finished a big mission and was driving back to my save point when I flipped over in my car and exploded to death! ****shitass! Thats why Katie and Barbra actually have uses. Never date them after the first date, never see them again, but still get all the benefits of keeping weapons in all situations

the NRG-500 was easy, i beat it on my first try, the key is to know the order to get them, get the ones around the top first then when you lood back to where you started drive down the ramp and get those two, then turn around and get the ones on the ground down there, then use the rest of the time to get the ones in the air

The only ones I found hard were the ones one the corners where it's hard to get a good run-up.
