I personally can't wait until Wow. I'm hoping to get into the beta after being pointd there by a friend.

I only liked WC2 during its peaks, it started me on strategy games. I hate WC3 though. I dont really want to play WoW, because I know it's gonna take up a solid chunk of my life.

the series got better with every game, and WoW looks even better. the third one had beautiful scenematics.

Exact reason as to why Im hesitant to buy it.

Not only is it so good, you dont want that monthly fee to go to waste.

I agree and I'm of the mind that it was a lot more fun than starcraft because it wasn't always a race to see who could rush the fastest.

I always played custom games... I made this one map called Free Towers and people really seemed to like it, but then a whole bunch of people copied my idea :upset: and whenever I mentioned that I had thought it up as an innovative and fun way of playing the game, people would curse at me and call me a lier...

I used to play WC3 all the time... until my disc was too scratched to work. Felt like the freeing of my soul though. I played FFA and was ranked for much of the time (Around 500, my account is gone now though). I miss it now :(

I WANT to get into MMORPGs (Like say WoW) but I don't exactly have the resources to keep up with the fees.

WC3 was so awesome when it first came out, and they had the gladiator maps, that i dont see anyone play anymore, that was the **** man, choose a "hero" and just fight everyone else, buy the attack and defense thinggys to get you stronger, and just get more points for your team till a set number was met

WC2 and WC3 are both awesome games. Most strategu games are fun, but they take so much time.
