Anybody support their local team, Even though they are in league 2, I dont really follow the premiership much. Post the name of the team you support.

Ps. I support Darlington, We got a good chance of promotion this season :thumb:

Nope, 2 - 2, but if we are gonna do anything than struggle this season, we should have dominated

Everton. They're the closest proffesional team... with the exception of liverpool perhaps.

My local team is Cambridge Utd, who I had a season ticket with about 8 years ago, when they were good. I still follow them, and although I live in London now when I return home I go and see them when I can with old school friends who I had season tickets with. This season what I have seen of them is dire. We are 23rd in the League, injury struck and seemingly confused of how to play football. We have only encounted 1-0, 0-1 or 1-1 draws all season apart from a 2-2 thriller and a couple of 2-1 defeats. Our manager hasn't a clue, and our best player (our 18 year old goalkeeper John Ruddy) is probably going to go to Man Utd. I am preparing for conferece life next year.

I come from Luton, it's a crap town and I never really supported the team but they're flying high at the moment. They had a 12-game unbeaten run at the start of the season, six points clear now and they won 5-1 yesterday. It almost makes me proud to be a Lutonian.

Almost.

I'm from Newcastle, so I support them, but I always like seeing the lower league north east teams do well like Darlo, Hartlepool etc. It was class when Whitley Bay won the FA Vase/Trophy/Teapot/thingy.

The village where I was born, Histon, has got either you or Yeovil in the Cup 2nd round. I thought I might add that, and mention that in 5 years, Histon will be in League 2 aswell. :thumb:
