I'd go with "the sweetest sorrow" too, out of those names anyway. The others kinda sound like song/album names.

Too long, too harsh, alright, too long, sounds corny.

Without apology sounds the best i guess. They all sound like songs then a band name though.

Harsh Reality sounds like a good concept for a name but not the right words for it. I don't really have any suggestions on changing it, but look in a thesaurus or something.
