View Full Version : White Ranger.....Pink Floyd style song

My band wrote this song, the recording was us playing it live, so it doesn't have the best sound quality but oh well. I posted the lyrics in the songwriting forum a while ago, at that time it was called "What would You Do For A Klondike Bar". ok it's here, i just put it on soundclick so you will have to play it in lo-fi for 24 hours. http://www.soundclick.com/bands/0/ifyoureplayingdiablomusic.htm

EDIT - Here are the lyrics

You once were green,
and now you're white
you rode your falcon
into the night
your magical tune
unlashs the dragon
step into, the magic room

i see you on the horizon
your true self you are denyin
White Ranger!
I se you on the horizon
your true self, you are denyin

your magical tune
unleashs the dragon
on the putty's heads,
you are tea baggin (in the recording i think our singer says, you dirty dirty dragon but i can't really tell)
the floating head
has white washed your soul
thus to acheive your ultimate goal

repeat chorus

:whispers: can you hear me now?
guitar solo

repeat chorus

we're all sophomores in high school. Thanks for the compliments, and again sorry about the recording quality, that song has gone through numerous recording sources to make it onto soundclick

Pretty good, how long you been playing together?

Its allright the lyrics are a little geeky, and the piano shoud back off alittle and end his solo every now and then. and you guys could play alot tighter
