hey all, so i went to the concert on wed., to see pgmg, i honestly think they were good live, referring to your comment NPC about them not being so good live, when did you see them? They had two opening bands, i only got the name of one they were called Kill Me Tomorrow, they were good also. The only bad thing about the concert someone threw up all over the floor... it was very discusting.

I figured out how to play that really cool riff from Cassandra Gemini today. The one at the beginning of the sixth track and the "brick by brick the night eclipsed" set of lyrics.
And when I was done with that, I fiddled around on the fretboard and learned to play Good King Wenceslas! Wow what a productive day.

Actually it's a 4 day event. Well, more like a 8 day event, but the first 4 days there's only one stage, where "amateur" bands play.
I'm pretty sure it's one of europes biggest festival thingies.. 90.000 people
Yeah, they have TV coverage of it here. I've never really paid much attention, because they do it for a lot of things - Coachella, Rock AM Ring, Lollapalooza....

Yeah, Killers have released one album which can be summed up in one word - "meh". Whereas QOTSA are legends (compared to the killers anyway). I hope the Killers get bottled, but they wont. I dislike them
I just don't know how they can do a 50-minute set with one 35-minute long album under their belt.
Queens would fill that slot without any trouble.

The Darkness previewed a lot of new material, and are lucky enough to have 3 or 4 pretty famous b-sides (Bareback, Street Spirit, How Dare They Call this Love). Their album is about 45 minutes. Oh, and there's the Christmas song they did.
They did talk a lot between songs, but that's okay, because Justin Hawkins has a lot of charisma.
