I joined the Something Awful forums, in case I haven't already mentioned it A BILLION TIMES. They have a music subsection called NMD: No Music Discussion. It's a pretty reasonable place, sort of like Other Music since there are no further divisions as far as genres or anything goes.

Tomorrow I'm doing more recording with me band. Will put it up on purevolume and myspace I'm sure soon.
My weather's the same. May have something to do with the fact we live quite near each other.

Which, with the exception of including the flutes at the beginning, wasn't actually all that impressive.
Composing full band songs onto solo guitar is actually one of my favourite hobbies. I usually do it with pop songs though, rather than classic rock epics.

I read that some time late last year, and yeah, it was pretty good. I didn't think the story was particularly amazing (don't think it was really trying to be), but the style it was written in was somewhat unique, which kept me interested and reading it.

If it makes you feel any better the train i was expecting to take home left an hour before the concert ended. I had to take a cab after looking around for a bus for an hour in San Jose!

Yep :p :cool: :D She's bogged down with work and can't go. Twill be my third time seeing them hehe, only got the album today too. Quite weird. I came home put the album on, came online and she said would you like my ticket? And whilst listening to 'Helicopter', just after the line 'he doesn't like chocolate' I said yes!!! hehe. Their last UK date on their European tour too :thumb: should be good.
