You make good posts, you get positive rep. Vice Versa.

Rep you give out -

Pos = 2% of your total rep
Neg = 1% of your total rep

You get stars when you have 1000+ rep. The amount of stars depends on your postcount and join date. Go to the Site forum for details.

I have been spending way too much lately and thus would put my non-essential items budget for the next week at about £10. However, I just realised Mars Volta's and Mogwai's new albums are out (ok so mogwai's isnt really new) and would very much like to buy them both right now (from iTunes). Hmmm...

Seems they have:

2/22/2005 11:39:00 AM - by cgeorggin

"For over a decade, Blink-182 has toured, recorded and done non-stop promotion all while trying to balance relationships with family and friends.

To that end, the band has decided to go on an indefinite hiatus to spend some time enjoying the fruits of their labors with their loved ones. While there is no set plan for the band to begin working together again, no one knows what tomorrow may bring."

This is my confession.

I didn't exactly say I was leaving the forum, I just said that Tangy zizzle was no more. I wanted to change names to get away from the stigma and/or reputation that came with having that name. This whole "fiasco" was not (think what you must) a ploy to gain attention, although I must admit it did spice the board up a lil.

The first few posts I made were consciously-retarded/mean spirited, and to those who I may have offended, I apologise (except to those who just deserved it).

If you guys were clever you would've figured it out within my first few posts, hell even the name is a dead giveaway. So yeah, there we go.

P.S, you'd be surprised at the other aliases I go by.

I went to my school's radio station today and found out that there's a weekly show called "The Truth" where they play almost every genre of music you can stomach. I heard "Master of Puppets," Ray Charles, some early 90s gangsta rap, AC/DC, "Bark at the Moon," and some indie rock band I was unable to identify and you'd probably all smack your heads and groan if you heard it because it's probably obvious to many of you. Anyway, all the other radio shows are pretty rigidly structured by genre, and I was pleased to hear one with fewer boundaries.

Well there aren't any pics because the people at the club we were at didn't allow them. But anyway, they're a totally different experience live--it blew my mind. I love their music more now after watching them live, they're much more powerful live and it makes their albums sound even more amazing. It was great, well the opening act,400 Blows, kind of sucked after 3 songs because they all sounded the same. But I thought it was cool that good ol' MoB gave them a 10 song act.

Anyway, they played two sets and came back for a three song encore. Heh, all I can say is that it was awesome. After the show I spoke to Clint (bassist) and had a beer with Roger (guitarist) which was pretty cool.

Yeah, it was cool to meet and talk to my 'heros'. The best thing was, they didn't talk to me or anyone for that matter like we were lower than them or anything. They didn't have a 'rock star' attitude, they were just guys that played in a band. Clint even asked if they sounded 'okay' and if I enjoyed the show. They really love their fans and they're really cool guys. I wanted to meet Peter Prescott (drummer) but he had to take a crap.
