I held out until early 2001 when WCW was bought by WWF. I never watched WCW, but there needed to be some competition.

By the way, although I have never attended a WWF event, the King of the Ring 98 show in which Mick Foley was tossed off the "Hell in a Cell" cage multiple times was held in Pittsburgh. It's the closest the WWF came to my hometown, and my favorite wrestler got beat up there!

Haven't all reviewers? The only difference is that when a Pitchfork editor writes a review, he prints out several copies of the finished product, lays them on the floor, and rolls around in them with sheer ectasy.

I'm going to agree with you on the over-indulgence thing. Somehow though they can't stand The Mars Volta because it's all over the place, but they absolutely love The Fiery Furnaces. (sup irony) I think the reviews are pretty random the more I think about it though. Most of the guys are good writers, but when they review albums, they go through a pretty weird process.

They use their patented formula for rating an album. See, there's two dart boards, "good" and "bad". If an album is good, they throw a dart to a board with numbers labeled from 8.5 to 10. The bad one works similar, only the numbers are labeled 0 to 4. You see, music is objective and therefore there's no mediocrity. Then, the actual review is influenced by how well their day is going.

This semester I moved from regular english to Ap english (as Ive said before) and that means a new class. Wouldn't luck have it that my ex is in this class? Just one day after I start in I get a call to the counseler's office and they tell me her mother complained that she feels "uncomforatable" that I am there (keep in mind i havent said anything to her this whole year). Basically they ask me to switch because shes a little bitch so of coarse I say no and later that day I attend that class. Today in my first class I receive a notice and a new schedule that moves my english class without my consent. This outrages me and at the end of the day I go complain to my counseler that I was moved without consent and she reminds me of an incident that went on record last year of me sexually harrassing her (here's what happened, I went to my english class to get papers and in that room she was resetting desks, I moved 2 of them ever so slightly and the next day I am told I have a sexual harrassment complaint against me). Apparently that incident because she reported me gives her the right to move me out of her class if she feels unfomforatable. I dunno if im going to bring it up to a principle or vice principle yet but it'd only be for moral victory anyway, I'm still in advanced english. :conflicted:

Post plenty of thread-spawning links in The Pit, post tubgril in The Pit, hack the site a few times.....he's generally considered a legend in The Pit, but he broke so many rules that he kept getting banned. He's been IP banned about 4 times, but they just can't get rid of him.

One of the reasons NPC was modded was because he promised that he could get rid of him. Or so I've been told.

I highly doubt NPC can defeat the mighty plexi. Med was telling me the other day how supposedly a third of Australia is IP banned because of mx's feverish attempts to get rid of them. :lol: it may not be true, but it's pretty funny all the same.

Well anyone can be taken care of, it's just the methods to get rid of someone are time consuming depending on the situation.

It's from one of the most celebrated comics of all time, Watchmen. Watchmen was a 12-issue miniseries released by DC (!) in 1986, and it has often been called the greatest comic book of all time. I am currently reading it, and loving the **** out of it. The character pictured is Rorschach, one hell of a badass.

Kind of, I suppose, but you know the majority of people are far too lazy to read it. It's not so much redundancy that I think could be a problem, though; as far as I can tell, Terry Gilliam (who's shown interest over the last 15 years or so in making Watchmen into a film, and would likely take real care in transferring it to film) has nothing to do with it, and seeing it turned into just another comic book inspired action movie would be a shame. Not to mention the detail and length of the books that the film(s) will have to cover.
