I went to see 'The Grudge' Today. The film was enjoyable, and the funniest thing happened in the middle of the film.

Buffy what's here name Gellar played in it, and in the previews we could all see how she's taking a shower. So there's this guy sitting a couple of seats away. I liked the scene from The Ring that showed what was actually on the tape. Especially seeing it on the big screen with all the eerie background noise, that was the best scene from a "horror" movie I have seen in a while. It was somewhat remniscent of a Tool video.

The Village is not scary at all. I don't even think it is classified as a "horor" movie. I think I remember seeing an episode of a tv show that had the same premise as The Village (I won't say what that premise is, because it will ruin the movie if you haven't seen it) It was one of those Outer Limits/Tales from the Dark Side type shows.
