I believe at one time 8/23 was the album date. But things got way out of wack. That was waaaay to much drama just for a viynl.

I don't think this album will be as organic as Lateralus. I think it's gonna be more mechanical like Meshuggah but not in the same sense. The synths on the drums and the effects on guitar will probably give it a sci-fi feel this time around.

As for linking it together Faaip De Oiad was probably a prequel.

i emailed RIAA, every new release this year is coming out on a tuesday. there are special events which make it come out on different days. this is gonna a normal cd release date i predict. even vinyl comes out on tuesdays, it is supposed to keep track of everything easier.

yeah i read that. the people there have a lack of information, they don't know much about it except for the math involved for the date. no one has mentioned the concept of the album and such. and everyone seems so stuck on this cd's are released on tuesdays. it can be released on Sunday, and hit the stores monday, tuesday, or whatever. If you can get passed the vocals, I can almost promise you'll love it. Have you only heard the death metal vocals? They mix growling, with great singing.

Personally, I love their vocals. I usually don't like really deep growling, but I love Mikael's. He can hit the perfect notes. And his singing is great too.
