Hi, I was wondering if I could start a survey in here in one of your forums. It's about music design & packaging, has six simple questions for everyone and its results are for my own use only. background is that I am opening up my own design agency for coverart and packaging and need to find out more about the market I am gonna work for. Hey guys, I've got an Idea that I think would make a good thread. Since "The Fun thread" did so well I thought I could add on by doing a small one time competition, the comp would consist of creating your own song title but adding lines from other songs and bands, the point of it would be to combine lines from other songs and make a complete song, it would take some skill because you would have to combine all the lines into one song and get it to flow. If I get granted the oppurtunity from the mods I will give a better defenition of what it will consist of, all other rules and requirements will be put in the thread.

That was a pretty amazing owning. I've never seen the thread move that fast in my time at mx. I tried to participate in the group owning, but it moved to fast for me. I still got a few posts in. Jacophallus dominated though.

Hey everyone,
I am going to be doing the Daily Upload now. Thanks to King of Terrors, GenuineImitation, ATC, and anyone else that has been doing this before me! I also want to thank everyone that has been contributing and everyone that has been posting in the thread.
On Feb 1, I am going to start a new thread. I am going to ask that everyone post their email address again if they want to continue to receive links to all this great music. There are only a few people that regularly post in the thread and there are over 300 email addresses on the list. If each person uploaded one album each month, we'd have an insane amount of music.
This is a forum after all so I'd like to encourage everyone to post. Discuss the new music you are listening to. Positive, negative, even just a thanks for a particular album.

There is tons of different type of forums on here, their is music forums, guitar, bass, drums, and keyboard type forums. If you joined this sie to learn about rock at metal I suggest you read the rules first. If you try to make a thread you can't at this moment, you must be a member for 24 hours.

If you joined here for anyother type of music I strongly reccomend reading each forums rules. If you joined for musician purposes read the rules to, get to know the community and what forum you would like to spend time on. Grammar helps a lot to.

Rep was disabled because chad was hacking accounts with high rep counts and neg-repping users to hell and back: in response, MX turned it off, and decided, once the whole thing with Chad was sorted out, that it wasn't worth bringing back. So yeah, it's gone completely. Nobody has stars anymore, not even the mods.
