All I know is that I watched the US Under 20 Nat'l Team get their asses handed to them by Brazil U-20's 2 nights ago...A couple guys who I used to play against in high school are on that team, along with Adu.
Also off topic -
Is anyone up to the thought that Greece's Euro title was a fluke? I had an argument with a buddy of mine about this who still thinks Portugal was the best team at the tournament.

What do other MXer's think about Rivalries(sp?) Speaking as an England Supporter I pretty sure I can say Germany are our biggest rivals just because of the big history between the two nations (I do mean in football) and Argentina just because of the 'Hand Of God'. So what about other nations football teams?
KappaKid17
07-05-2004, 11:19 AM
The US-Mexico rivlary is pretty heated here, and now since the US has a formidable squad, it's been rougher. At least we hear about it all the time down in south Texas.

divison 2 = league 1
division 3 = league 2
Its sponsered by coca cola

It's basically just renaming the english leagues. The premiership stays the same. Division 1 becomes the championship or something. Division 2 becomes division 1 and division 3 becomes division 2.
Dunno why they think they need to do that

The worst part of Eric (my teammate) breaking his leg clean, was that A: It was his senior game, and the last game he'll ever play. and B: He didn't notice it was broken until he tried standing up on it, and then the screaming insued. No one should end a career on something like that. He broke both his fibia and tibia in one clean sweep to stop a shot from 30 yards out.
