Speaking as an England Supporter I pretty sure I can say Germany are our biggest rivals just because of the big history between the two nations (I do mean in football) and Argentina just because of the 'Hand Of God'. It's basically just renaming the english leagues. The premiership stays the same. Division 1 becomes the championship or something. Division 2 becomes division 1 and division 3 becomes division 2.

Maybe they dont work that well as a team. You dont need to have good players to be a good team as long as they work well together eg. Greece no big names but worked well as a team and won euro 04
