Wrestlemania XX- Rock n sok connection vs Evolution

Some confirmed matches for FNSD! tomorrow:
Chris Benoit vs. Orlando Jordan ("again")
Road Warrior Animal & Heidenreich vs. MNM (again)
Ken Kennedy vs. jobber guy
Batista vs. Nunzio (with Vito)
Rey Mysterio vs. JBL
Undertaker vs. Randy Orton
ChodaBoy

This is what will happen:
Benoit will win in 22.1 seconds
LOD will win probably by DQ
Ken Kennedy....................Kennedy will win, obviously
If Batista vs Nunzio isnt the last match, JBL will interfere
If the above is true, Batista will interfere in JBL's match
Orton will beat Taker, probably through cheating.

The Rock isn't coming back, though, I don't think :(
He's still under contract though.
I think, I know he's listed as ''Unused Talent''.

Anyway, can someone fill me in on whats happened in the past couple of weeks? I haven't had the time to watch it.
This basically sums it up for you, heh:
Unforgiven card (tonight):
WWE Championship
John Cena vs. Kurt Angle
Intercontinental Championship
Ric Flair vs. Carlito
Shawn Michaels vs. Chris Masters
Steel Cage Match
Edge vs. Matt Hardy
Big Show vs. Gene Snitsky
World Tag Team Championship
Hurricane & Rosey vs. Trevor Murdoch & Lance Cade
Trish Stratus & Ashley vs. Victoria &. Torrie Wilson
Shelton Benjamin vs. Kerwin White

Sounds a bit meh to me.
Yeah, just a bit.
I mean, Big Show/Snitsky? The divas tag match?
MOTN is going to be the steel cage match. Gotta be.
Bad Blood
09-18-2005, 08:52 AM
I don't even understand why Snitsky should be competing against the Big show.
Snitsky's a retard!
What's with Shelton and Kerwin?
I hope Cena drops his title. I'm getting bored of him a bit now.
ChodaBoy
09-18-2005, 08:55 AM
At least they cant screw up the Edge/Matt story anymore now, although im sure they'll try their very best to.
What's with Shelton and Kerwin?
Kerwin keeps interfering in Shelton's matches for the past... two weeks? Yeah, just enough time in the WWE's mind to create a feud.
///
Let's go with some predictions, shall we? It's a nice ritual.
WWE Championship
John Cena (c) vs. Kurt Angle
I really, really, really, really, really want Angle to win. But I think Cena is going to keep the title until Trips comes back :-\
Intercontinental Championship
Ric Flair vs. Carlito (c)
Man, this is a tough call. Flair's never had the title, so he probably wants it for the record books. But then, you want to push Carlito over a big name like Flair. I say that Flair takes the title, but only for a month or two. I mean, hell, he could win it tonight, but then lose it in a rematch tomorrow on RAW. There are two outcomes to this match: Flair makes Carlito tap to the Figure Four, or Carlito wins with his feet on the ropes. I think Flair takes it, I have no clue why.
Shawn Michaels vs. Chris Masters
This is another tough call... do you have Masters go over here, or do you reward HBK for sticking out that Hogan feud since Masters has been dominating on RAW as of late? I say HBK wins.
Steel Cage Match
Edge vs. Matt Hardy
Matt Hardy wins. I would like to see a Mattitude leg drop from the top of the steel cage to really get the crowd moving, too. But that won't happen. Fifteen feet is a long way to fall. This match will be MOTN in my book, especially if it turns absolutely brutal.
Big Show vs. Gene Snitsky
Show wins in a squash. Snitsky will never win a PPV match, ever.
World Tag Team Championship
Hurricane & Rosey (c) vs. Trevor Murdoch & Lance Cade
I'm very sad to write that I think the Superheroes are going to job... I mean, lose to the newcomers. I just hope they don't fall off the face of the Earth. I'm so tired of WWE treating Shane Helms like garbage.
Trish Stratus & Ashley vs. Victoria &. Torrie Wilson
Who cares about this match? I hope Trish and Ashley take it, but I wouldn't be surprised if the heel divas win. But then again, I don't give a **** who wins.
Shelton Benjamin vs. Kerwin White
Shelton either hits the T-Bone to win, or Kerwin cheats with his feet on the ropes. I think they're going to try to milk this feud for all it's worth (spanning at least another PPV), so I say Kerwin takes it.

Your thoughts?
ChodaBoy
09-18-2005, 02:25 PM
WWE Championship
John Cena (c) vs. Kurt Angle
Angle to win. Cena has had the title for 5 months now, and WWE kept him high because of sales. But I dont think that if he isnt champ, then he wont sell. If they keep Cena battling with Angle, he will be just as popular.
Intercontinental Championship
Ric Flair vs. Carlito (c)
Carlito to win. I think this will be one of his pushes, a win over Flair will do wonders for anyone. I doubt that it will be a simple Carlito wins with a suplex though, they will try and make them both look good.
Shawn Michaels vs. Chris Masters
Michaels to win. I think it will be a reward match for allowing Hogan to win clean at SS.
Steel Cage Match
Edge vs. Matt Hardy
Hardy to win. If he loses, then he is truely dead and buried. They cannot realistically pick him up after another loss, despite the determination to push Edge.
Big Show vs. Gene Snitsky
Show to win. Pure and simple, it will be the typical 'Show dominates' by putting Snitsky in the corner and doing the chest slap. *yawn*
World Tag Team Championship
Hurricane & Rosey (c) vs. Trevor Murdoch & Lance Cade
Hopefully, H&C will win. But that is too unpredictable, and nowadays, WWE like to make sure we know what will happen before it occurs.
Trish Stratus & Ashley vs. Victoria &. Torrie Wilson
Who gives a ****? Its not going anywhere
Shelton Benjamin vs. Kerwin White
Hopefully Shelton, im getting tired of watching him waste away.

What's that? PPV predictions? Ohyez.
Nunzio (C) versus Juventud for the Cruiserweight Championship
I'm going to say that this will be the opening match, but I'm likely wrong. This is going to be a short match, I think... it might end with a DQ, because no matter how you slice this pizza pie, it's going to go from a 1-on-1 match to a 3-on-2 match. I say Juventud takes the strap in the end, though. Just a prediction.
Bobby Lashley versus Simon Dean
This is going to be a squash. Simon will muster a little offense with his cast, but Lashley is going to dominate. This just might be the shortest match of the night.
Hardcore Holly versus Mr. Kennedy........... Kennedy
Kennedy will take this one. Even though Holly won't like the idea of having someone go over him, Kennedy will hit that top rope steamroller for the win. Who knows, maybe Holly will get some stiff shots in or something.
LOD2K5 and Christy Hemme versus MNM
Oh dear. Basically, the only two tag teams on FNSD!, and one of them is going to disband soon, I think. Anyways, as much as I want LOD to win (don't ask me why I like the duo), I think MNM will take it, setting up for a tag-team title rematch at the next PPV.
John Bradshaw Layfield versus Rey Mysterio
JBL will win with some interference from Jillian. Rey will go for the 619 and she'll pull the rope or something.
The Undertaker versus "Cowboy" Bob Orton and Randy Orton in a Handicapped Casket match
I just don't "get" the point of this match. Randy can't take Undertaker on his own? Yikes. I say the Ortons win so Undertaker gets some time off TV, but then he'll re-emerge a month or two later, maybe for Survivor Series.
Chris Benoit (C) vs Booker T vs Christian vs Orlando Jordan in a Fatal Four-way for the United States Championship
I don't think they've built up Benoit just to destroy Jordan in less than twenty-five seconds every match just to hand it over. Benoit retains in what will be the MOTN in my book (we'll see how that turns out, though, heh).
Batista (C) versus Eddie Guererro for the World Heavyweight Championship
I don't think Eddie will take it in one shot. This whole face vs. pseudo-face will play a big role in the match, obviously, but Batista will retain here.
///
So, how convinced am I that my predictions are correct? Not very. It's not that the card is atrocious, there'll be a couple good matches, but none of the matches really make me say, "I care about what happens."
Oh well, heh.

Matt Hardy debuts on FNSD! next week! ****. Yes.
///
Matt Hardy is living proof that when one door closes, another one usually opens.
Just weeks after coming up short in a Loser Leaves RAW Ladder Match to Edge, Hardy has found a new home on SmackDown. In fact, Hardy will make his SmackDown debut next week on the Peep Show, which is hosted by a Superstar Matt is very familiar with - Christian.
WWE.com recently caught up with Hardy to talk about moving away from the saga with Edge and Lita and heading back home to SmackDown, where he originally made a name for himself as a singles star.
///
WWE.com: What will it be like to get away from Edge and Lita?
Matt Hardy: I think in reality I’m ready to get away from it in many ways. It’s something I had to do upon returning to WWE. I came in and addressed it. From a fan’s standpoint, I don’t think you can argue with the drama and suspense and storyline and matches that went with it. I think they were amazing. But from a personal standpoint, it’s been a tough scenario to deal with. It’s just one of those weird things with Edge, Adam Copeland. I can go in the ring and have great matches with the guy. As a performer, I think he’s amazing. As a human being, I think he’s a piece of sh*t. But it’s tough to do that. It’s tough to go in the ring and do that night in and night out. It’s something I did, and I’ve done everything I need to do as far as that scenario goes and I’m ready to move on past that. I’m ready to move on and get back to being me; to be Matt Hardy, the guy who goes out and entertains people and enjoys what he does every night. As far as the whole scenario goes with me and Edge, I think it’s like with Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart. As long as we’re both in the wrestling business, as long as we’re both in the world, there’s going to be a built-in issue there and I don’t think it will ever officially end until one of us dies. For the time being, though, I went in and did that, and it’s just time to move on to bigger and better things and move on to my ultimate goal and that’s to be World Heavyweight Champion.
WWE.com: On the Coachcast Edge called you the Bubonic Plague – would you like to respond to those comments?
Matt Hardy: Well, if anyone is a plague, it’s Edge. He’s very good at name calling, and he’s one of the best spin doctors you’ll ever meet. I don’t know anyone that has been close with the guy that hasn’t ended up with a worse opinion of him than when they first met. Everyone who’s had a close, personal relationship with him – especially now that the real Adam Copeland is out – walks away from him with a lesser opinion of him than they started. He’s great at trying to twist the truth. Just ask all the women he’s worked over the course of his life. But in the end they always catch him, so he’ll get his in the end. I believe in karma, and I’d hate to have his karma chasing me.
WWE.com: What was it like having to leave RAW and it not being on your own terms since you ended up being double teamed?
Matt Hardy: I’m not going to lie about it. It sucks to leave RAW. It’s the longest-running wrestling show out there now. It’s live, and there’s no atmosphere like a live atmosphere. To leave under the conditions I left isn’t how I would have wanted to leave. But I’m a man about it. I’m not going to curl up and die. I will not die.
WWE.com: What do you have to say to the fans that said by coming back to WWE you would be buried?
Matt Hardy: The Internet wrestling community is an interesting bunch. I do appreciate them because they’re very passionate. But at a moment’s notice they’ll be the first to be hypocritical. Instead of looking at the glass half full, they’ll look at it half empty. They didn’t look at as me coming back to the place I always dreamed of working and that I was going to be in a high-profile situation. And when you go back and look at Street Fight and the Cage Match, those are two of the best matches in the careers of both me and Edge. You just don’t get those every day. The fact is, I came back, and in an odd way I almost came back in a better position I left in. It just sucks I had to go through that personal situation. I knew it was going to be weird coming back to WWE. I was coming in here wrestling someone who is one of the top guys in the company. I knew it was going to be tough from an in-ring and out-of-ring perspective. I came in, took my licks and got past that. Now I’m moving on to SmackDown and things will be bigger and better than ever.
WWE.com: What are the pros of moving to SmackDown?
Matt Hardy: I’m excited about going to SmackDown because it’s really where Matt Hardy Version 1.0 or Matt Hardy the singles wrestler was born. The most success I ever experienced was in my first run on SmackDown. And most everyone knows that ended because I wanted to come back to RAW to spend more time with Lita and resume our relationship. Looking back, that doesn’t seem like the best career choice, but it did at the time. Now I’m going back to SmackDown and I won’t be dealing with Lita, or dealing with Jeff (Hardy) or dealing with Shannon (Moore). It’s just going to be Matt Hardy worrying about Matt Hardy, and I’m more focused and more motivated than I’ve ever been. This is going to be the best run of my career.
WWE.com: Who are you most looking forward to working with on SmackDown?
Matt Hardy: Right now, one of the first guys that stands out, of course, is Christian. I’ve done so many great things with him in the past. I think he’s an amazing athlete in the ring as well as an amazing personality out of the ring. Then you have guys like Rey Mysterio, JBL who has come so far; he’ll be interesting to work with. And obviously, the Champion, Batista. When I go to SmackDown, my goal is to be the World Heavyweight Champion at some point. I’m going to aim high. To me, if you don’t go in there with the goal to become the Champion, you’re not going in with the right mindset. I just feel like now I’m at a time in my life where I have enough knowledge of the wrestling business and my body is in the best condition it’s ever been in. I feel like now I’m one of the best competitors in the entire wrestling business. I want to give everyone a run for their money. Shawn Michaels always says he’s the Showstopper, I want to go out there night in and night out and be the showstopper. There’s also other guys like Eddie Guerrero and Chris Benoit that I’ve never wrestled that I look forward to facing.
Part II below:
WWE.com: How do you think the roster is different from the last time you were on SmackDown?
Matt Hardy: The roster right now, in some ways, is similar to how it was when I was previously there. When I used to be there Brock Lesnar was the World Champion, and now Batista is at the top. Some guys like Eddie and Benoit are still there. The cruiserweights are there, and I think they’re underutilized. From the heavyweight division perspective, it’s pretty similar, but in time I think the guys have progressed and gotten bigger and better.
WWE.com: You’ve been on SmackDown before and had some success. What do you envision for this go around?
Matt Hardy: I think coming in new and fresh, with other guys who have been fighting for title shots, I’ll have to work my way up a little bit. But I’m coming off a pretty hot streak of matches with Edge so there’s some notoriety attached to the name Matt Hardy. I’ve got a lot of people behind me, and I’m happy about that. I’ve always been happy to have the people behind me, because without the people, there’s no me. But coming in, I’m just going to bust my *** and do whatever it takes to accomplish my goal of becoming the World Heavyweight Champion one day. If that means getting in better shape, adding new moves, jumping off the top of a cage and giving a leg drop, I’ll do it. I’ll do whatever it takes. I think my performance has shown that recently, and I’m not going to slow down. I’m going to strengthen my game from all aspects.
WWE.com: You also have a history with Christian from your tag team days. What will it be like being on the Peep Show with him?
Matt Hardy: I’m just looking forward to getting out in front of my SmackDown fans and making the official announcement that Matt Hardy is coming home. In a lot of ways SmackDown is what created Matt Hardy as a singles wrestler. In some ways it feels right to go back there and be a member of the blue team. Although, I hated to leave RAW under the circumstances in which I did. But I feel like everything happens for a reason, and SmackDown is where I need to be. It’s time for Matt Hardy to achieve all the dreams and goals I’ve always dreamt of.
WWE.com: With all of the bad blood brewing between RAW and SmackDown lately, do you think another Matt Hardy vs. Edge confrontation could come along or is that something you want to close the book on completely?
Matt Hardy: I will never close the book on that. Personally and professionally I will never be able to let that go and it will always be there. I would never say no to it. I would almost bet money that there will be another or more Matt Hardy vs. Edge matches. I know he plans on being around for a while, and I plan on being around for a while, and I’m sure you haven’t seen the last of that. And who knows, if he ever gets traded to SmackDown, it might start all over again.
WWE.com: Would you like to comment on the Internet reports that you’re dating Ashley?
Matt Hardy: Ashley and I traveled together and hung out. I think Ashley is an awesome person. We spent some time together and I think each one of us made the other happy. We definitely enjoyed each other’s company. Now it’s a little different because she’s on RAW and I’m on SmackDown and we won’t see each other as much, but you never know. She’s a great person and a great soul. She’s really working hard and trying to do good in WWE as a sports-entertainer. I think she’s going to be really good because she has an awesome attitude and a great mindset. I really dig Ashley.

I could safely say that Rey Mysterio is the only real talent in the WWE that I rather enjoy. I miss the old times, especially Mankind's hardcore-ness.
hookers_with_herpes
10-15-2005, 11:16 AM
Last time I checked, they put a bunch of no-names on a bill, and expect people to pay $30-40 to watch it and be disappointed that nothing happens, either from a 'talent' standpoint or 'storyline' standpoint, which they don't do a good job of exploiting either way. Just bring in a bunch of Hollywood writers, make it more sappy than it already is. F*ck the core fanbase, all five of them aren't going to be turned off when they bring in more viewers.

This layout really sucks... but I think we'll get used to it over time.
I tried watching Velocity, but it was way too choppy. This is a bit irritating, heh. Oh well.
Simon Dean beat Paul London. It was a good match, but the wrong guy won.
London hit his London Calling, but Dean put his cast up on his chest, and London landed on the cast. Simon then hit the Simonizer for the victory.

The Juniors Are Coming!
Oct. 15, 2005
In an unprecedented collaboration, network executive Palmer Canon and SmackDown General Manager Theodore Long announced today the introduction of a new WWE wrestling division exclusive to Friday Night SmackDown: The Juniors.
The Juniors Division will be comprised of world-class athletes at or below 5 feet tall. “Midgets, dwarves, the little people; they’re all welcome,” said Long. “We don’t discriminate against anybody on my show, as long as they can bring it.”
“The network believes there’s big ratings and big excitement in the new Juniors Division," Canon added. "I think fans will be shocked at what these tiny, but very talented, competitors can add to the already incredibly gifted roster here on Friday Night SmackDown.”

The Boogeyman? Well, he's certainly a gimmick, haha.
I think he'll be a heel, and he won't last very long, since he's pretty freakin' old.
Stone Cold appearance on RAW tonight is being teased, and all four McMahons are gonna be there to ring in "a new era" (Attitude era, for example).
We'll see how it goes.
Kane returns, Foley on Carlito's Cabana, a tag-team match of Benjamin/Striker vs. Kerwin/his caddy is also looking good, from what I understand.

Haha :p.
It was a good show in Sydney, I had better seats than last time.
Shelton vs Kerwin was a good match, finish was that Shelton whips Kerwin into the turnbuckle, but Kerwin moonsaults of it hoping to land on Shelton, who ducks it, Kerwin lands on his feet but Shelton had around turned around for the T-Bone suplex.
HBK and Masters was pretty good, except there was a break in the middle for HBK to pose in the ring while Chris Masters spent a fair while vomiting under the ring. Finish was HBK escapes the masterlock and wins with Sweet Chin Music.
HHH and Flair was awesome, long match, both bleeding. Ric Flair hit some moves off the top rope , Triple H did all of Ric Flair's taunts; struts, fall-down, etc. Finish was kind of busy, but basically it ended up Ric Flair telegraphed a backdrop too early and Triple H took advantage of it for the pedigree.
Angle v Cena I don't quite remember, end was an FU though.
Diva match sucked as would be expected.

It has gone from the Attitude era to the "Man, we're running out of ideas, so let's just do the same stuff we've done in the past" era.
who did yall vote for?
1. HBK
2. Christian (it's almost a lock that Matt Hardy will go through, so we need the second-best candidate to get some votes)
3. Submission (Flair's best chance at winning)
4. Verbal debate (AKA a legal reason to give Coachman 15 stunners and drink beer)
5. Cactus Jack
6. Leather and lace (come on, we see lingerie all the time)
7. Hacksaw Jim Duggan
8. Big Show/Kane as the other tag team

Oh, crap, I just read this:
Edge has a partial pec tear and will be out of action. No word on how long he'll be out or if he'll work Taboo Tuesday. At this point, he will not need surgery.
Kane suffered a very serious back injury Monday on RAW after taking a suplex by Big Show. There is fear he suffered a broken back.
What a bummer for Kane :-\
Yeah Jack, the matches you've been putting up have been great so far, keep up the good work :)

HBK vs cena for sure
JACKROXYOU
10-30-2005, 06:39 PM
When RAW ended last week, John Cena was grasping his ankle in excruciating pain. He had just “lost” a controversial decision to Kurt Angle with General Manger Eric Bischoff inserting himself as referee. Just when it seemed things couldn’t get much worse, Bischoff announced in a WWE.com Unlimited exclusive that Cena would have to face Shawn Michaels on the next Monday Night RAW — regardless of his condition.
So, this week on RAW, HBK will get another crucial chance to make his Taboo Tuesday case before the voting public. “The Showstopper” won last week’s Triple Threat Match against Kane and Big Show, the other two potential Taboo Tuesday main-eventers. Now, Michaels will get to impress against the WWE Champion himself. Will Michaels be able to take advantage of Cena’s potentially weakened state, or will it be an FU to HBK?
On consecutive broadcasts, RAW Superstars invaded SmackDown and then Friday Night’s Superstars returned the favor. Will there be more inter-brand confrontations leading up to the SmackDown selection match at Taboo Tuesday?
Also, Ric Flair and Triple H seem unwilling to wait until Nov. 1 to settle their differences. Will they tangle again on RAW this week?
And Eric Bischoff is sure to feature Superstars and matches relevant to the ongoing Taboo Tuesday voting. What will the GM do, and how will you cast you votes?
Be sure to cast your votes now, and tune in to RAW (9/8 CT; USA Network) for all this and much more.
5-man SmackDown! games are so cool :D
I voted for the Taboo Tuesday matches, I can't remember who/what I voted for though.

I know, talk about a monkeywrench. Edge will probably be in the ring for two minutes and Masters is going to have to carry the match for his team. Ugggghhhh.

Yeah just read about Christian quitting.
Funny how they are playing it up as him "quitting" when he pretty much just refused to sign a contract he was presented with on the spot.
Either way, I hope he goes to TNA, he could actually get some real in ring time there and not be held down by the WWE's (read; Stephanie McMahon's) fixation on gimmicky bullshit.
Also, rofl at Steve Austin walking out on his match with Coach after WWE wanted Coach to go over clean against him. What a joke . It's good that Austin gets to call his own shots with the company, unlike people who's next paycheck is dependant on them jumping through hoops into piles of **** whenever they're asked.

Jack:
The big rumor going around at this time is that Mark Henry will help the Coach defeat Steve Austin tomorrow night. Supposedly, Austin was informed of this yesterday and was none to happy to hear the news. Apparently this has created some kind of rift between Austin and WWE as Austin more than likely did not expect to do “the job” to Coach at Taboo Tuesday when he agreed to work the match.
Austin was only brought in after Mike Goldberg was unable to replace Jim Ross and WWE needed a storyline to help explain what happened to Ross. It’s not certain that Austin will appear at RAW tonight, but if he does then it will be interesting to see how he is handled.
Obviously, he was in an "accident," so:
As reported earlier there was some developing friction between Austin and WWE management after the decision was made to have Coach and Mark Henry go over him at tomorrow night’s WWE Taboo Tuesday. There have been rumors that because of this Austin may not even show up for the event.
Tonight on RAW, Vince McMahon greeted Coach in the ring and then Batista appeared. Eventually, it was announced that Batista would face Coach tomorrow night. It was funny, because there was no mention of Jim Ross and how this would effect his return? I guess WWE is planning on just sweeping that one under the rug. McMahon made the excuse that Austin was in an accident this weekend and that is why he would not be appearing on RAW or Taboo Tuesday.

Does anyone know what happened to Stone Cold?
Rumor has it that he was supposed to job to the Coach and have Coach go over, and since he has so much leeway and authority, he said "**** that, I'm not going to job to him" and he walked out of the writing session.
As for the whole JR stipulation? Way to try to make fans forget about that one, Vince. Dumbass.
Some happenings thus far:
- Kerwin White and Matt Striker beat Shelton Benjamin and Val Venis
- Matt Hardy got 31% of the vote, Rey Mysterio 29%. They defeated Chris Masters and... Gene Snitsky. Yeah. Due to Edge's injury, he cut a promo saying Snitsky is his replacement. Rey hit the 619 on Masters, Hardy hit the Twist of Fate, Rey did his West Coast Pop, and they won.
- Superfly Jimmy Snuka was Eugene's partner. They defeated Conway and Tomko with a Rock Bottom and Snuka flying, even though it took him years to get up to the turnbuckle.
- Mankind was Foley's persona for the match. He defeated Carlito with Mr. Socko, but not without taking some sick bumps and selling anything and everything beforehand.
- Shawn Michaels won with almost fifty percent of the vote.
- Big Show and Kane are the new tag champs.
- 91% voted for Street Fight. Batista vs. Coach.
- Batista WON. Does that mean JR comes back?
- Winner: Trish Stratus /// Order Of Elimination: Maria, Candice, Ashley, Victoria, & Mickie
///

So lame that Cena kept the championship. How did Michaels do? He's another one of my favs.

Awesome link, thanks for it. I don't really like that they put Batista in that situation, but I definitly like the way it turned out. For Batista to loose against two has-beens and a announcer would have been kind of lame...
I'm glad to hear HBK did good, even if he didn't win, and I really like the idea of a Mysterio/Hardy Tag Team.
Well, the thing that was supposed to happen is that it was supposed to be Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. the Coach, but Austin backed out of it because he didn't want to job to Coach. Batista was the next best option, apparently.
And yeah, Hardy got 31% of the votes, the most out of the other four entrants. They were really pushing Mysterio and JBL, haha. Too bad that didn't work out for 'em.
And any match featuring HBK is going to be a good one. He makes everyone so much better.

I've got the WWE 24/7 thing working.
Thank-you so so so so so so so so much Jom, I've been waiting to see some of these matches for ages :D:D
It's cool :)
Glad you can figure it out, 'cause I can't, hah.
Recap the HHH/Flair feud, please.
I'm not sure of the logistics of it all, but while HHH was on his LOA and watching RAW, he kept seeing Flair getting abused and disrespected by people under him like Carlito spitting his apple.
HHH went on to say that he helped re-mold Flair into who he is today, especially when Flair was down-and-out and all washed up.
HHH then went to RAW and beat up Flair with a sledgehammer and all that, knocking Flair out for a couple weeks. Flair came back with a retaliatory vengeance, and it culminated into that Taboo Tuesday feud, and it looks like it'll continue to boil over into Survivor Series or something.
OK, was it a shock to anyone that HHH turned on Flair when he returned and all of a sudden they're "former best friends"? I mean, geez, we've seen this before..*coughshawnmichaelscough*
...sorry if it's been brought up before...:upset: I haven't been in this thread for a while..
