So...who thinks the Hardy vs Edge match will get some kind of stipulation along the lines of say...Hardcore match, No DQ, Stretcher Match, Ambulance Match, Cage Match...
A cage match would be good.
Maybe even a no disqualification match?
Hey does anyone know why they would bring back the Undertaker after a while and then make him lose all his matches??

In other news:
From WWE.com:
Dusty Rhodes’ meeting with Stephanie McMahon has ended. When asked about the meeting, McMahon responded:
“Dusty is an incredible asset both creatively and as a talent. We are exploring all possibilities of working with Dusty in the future.”
That's a pretty good sign that WWE will be bringing him in on the creative team. As noted earlier, they also want him for their legends program and the Hall of Fame, likely next year.
Looks like the WWE are actually bringing in a writer with wrestling knowledge, even if it isn't the best...His days of writing for TNA were...interesting.

**** any one got results?
**** any one got results?
Yep. Taken from Rajah:
- A video recap of Eddie telling Rey's "secret" started the show.
- Smackdown opened with a Christian talk-show segment (ala Piper's Pit, Highlight Reel, Carlito's Cabana, etc.) called the "Peep Show" with Rey Mysterio as the guest. Christian started to question Rey, but Mysterio cut him off and said that Christian had promised him that Eddie Guerrero would be there. Christian then introduced Guerrero, who appeared on the screen wearing a T-Shirt that said "I'm your Papi". Guerrero started to read "Chapter 2" of his bedtime story for Dominic, but Rey kept yelling to stop him. Guerrero said he was going to read Chapter 2 by the end of the show, one way or another. Guerrero also said he had something Rey would really like, and Christian hit Rey from behind with the mic and laid him out.
- Jillian Hall cut a promo saying her mole has put a "blemish on her soul", trying to put heat on it. She was saying fans shouldn't look away from her because of it. She walked past Booker T and Sharmell, with Booker looking at her and remarking "Tell me I didn't just see that".
- MNM defeated Chris Benoit and Booker T in a real good match. The finish saw Benoit lock the Crippler Crossface on Johnny Nitro on the floor while Booker fought Joey Mercury in the ring. Booker went for the ax kick on Mercury, but Melina grabbed his leg as he came off the ropes. Sharmell chased Melina into the ring, but Jillian Hall tackled Sharmell and they started a catfight. Booker threw Hall off of Sharmell, but it allowed Mercury to roll up Booker from behind and hook the trunks for the pin. There was a huge chant for Benoit after the match.
- Theodore R. Long informed Christian that he would face Rey Mysterio tonight.
- A video package was shown on how JBL became the number one contender to the World Heavyweight Title.
- Josh Mathews tried to interview Randy Orton, but Orton blew him off and said he would explain his actions to the Undertaker himself tonight.
- They had the Batista-JBL contract signing for Summerslam. They went back and forth on the mic, and Batista finally signed first. However, Batista left the stipulations blank, saying he would beat JBL in any type of match. JBL said Batista had a "Million dollar body and a nickel brain". JBL said he would beat Batista at Summerslam, and it would be in a No Holds Barred match.
- Backstage, Road Warrior Animal was painting his face while Heidenreich was saying he loved his new haircut. They teased that he would have his face painted next.
- Randy Orton came to the ring for a promo. He said that fate caused him to lose his chance at immortality, but now it has put him on Smackdown. He said that Undertaker took away what he wanted, so he's going to take everything that he can from the Undertaker. Orton issued a challenge for Undertaker to face him at Summerslam. Undertaker's music played, and a purple light enveloped the ring. The letters "RKO" appeared on the Titantron. The Undertaker's voice rang out, saying "You want a legacy, you will get your wish. At Summerslam, you will rest in peace". The RKO on the screen turned into "RIP". The crowd booed at the end of the segment when Undertaker didn't appear before the crowd.
- They ran down the Summerslam card, with the announcement of Matt Hardy vs. Edge receiving the biggest pop from the live crowd.
- WWE Tag Team Champions Road Warrior Animal & Heidenreich defeated Josh Daniels & Damian Adams. Heidenreich had Road Warrior-style makeup on.
- A Boogeyman promo was shown.
- Eddie Guerrero was outside when a woman showed up. Guerrero said he was thrilled to see her because without her, there is no Chapter 2.
- Rey Mysterio defeated Christian with the 619 in a good match. Eddie Guerrero and the woman sat in chairs in the aisle. Rey challenged Eddie to get in the ring. Eddie said he would love to, but he has "manners" because an old friend, Anna, is with him. Rey looked shocked at the mention of her name. Anna took Eddie's story book and gave it to Rey, and Eddie said that he can read it, or Eddie will. Rey looked at the book, but didn't read anything over the mic. Eddie said that Rey was holding official custody papers and Rey will have to bring Dominic next week, because the courts have determined that Eddie is the true father, biologically and legally. He said that next week, Rey will have to hand Dominic over to Eddie. Eddie said that if Rey proves he truly loves Dominic, maybe Eddie will let Rey keep him.
- Rey cut a long, good promo about how much he loves Dominic. He said that they all promised to wait until Dominic was old enough to understand, but Eddie had to open his mouth. Rey said Dominic is depressed and begged Eddie not to hurt him anymore. Eddie said that Rey was good, and "almost had him". Anna said something to Eddie, and Guerrero said that Anna is his attorney and reminded Eddie not to fall for it. Guerrero said that after Rey lied all this time to Dominic, the courts will never trust him to care for Eddie's son. He said that he has three daughters he loves, and next week he will have Dominic to carry on the Guerrero legacy. Guerrero said that next week we would hear Chapter 3 of his story, "Dominic comes home to Papi", to end Smackdown.

Vince McMahon has sent word down through WWE that he wants cruiserweights to tone down several risky high flying moves, unofficially banning maneuvers such as the 450 splash and the shooting star press.
Apparently the number of injuries has caused McMahon to decide that high flying risky maneuvers are simply not worth it. The unofficial ban actually went into effect around two weeks ago and when Paul London used the shooting star press against Nunzio on a recent edition of Velocity, he was told by company officials not to use it again and to come up with a different finisher.
London along with other WWE cruiserweights are upset about having to tone down their style. Many in the industry are comparing this unofficial ban to the ban of the tombstone piledriver where WWE officials only let the Undertaker and Kane use it in dramatic situations.

RAW: JR, The King, Coach
JR: Usually roots for the underdog, the "good guy" wrestler. Positive
King: Sometimes roots for the favorite, the "bad guy" wrestler. Neither Positive nor Negative
Coach: Always roots for the bad guy wrestler, no matter what. Negative
Smackdown!: Cole, Tazz
Cole: Really meh, doens't take many sides. Disagrees with Tazz a lot. Neither positive nor negative.
Tazz: Almost always is for the good guy. Disagrees with Cole a lot. Positive.
The commentary in the WWE is getting slightly worse each month. They need some new commentary blood. And BTW, the Coach sucks.

Same. I hated the fact that the AI had the I.Q of Matt Morgan and that the gameplay really, really sucked.
Okay all, I was thinking of something fun to do to spice this thread up a bit. Of course, my idea takes quite a bit of brainpower and patience, but if you have the spare time, it honestly could have the potential to be a ton of fun. Of course, this depends on whether or not you want to bother with this.
The game:
You are the head booker of either RAW or Smackdown! Starting after a PPV, you are to book your show (you pick, RAW or SD!). Not just the PPVs, but the actual Monday (or Thursday) shows as well.
You think someone is being underused currently and you want to give them a push? Tired of JBL being the top heel on Smackdown!? Do you want someone so desperately to have a face/heel turn? This is where you put it.
You CANNOT just say, "Tomko vs. Viscera, Viscera wins." You have to write out the entire match (at the very least, have a beginning, middle, and finish, and write only the bigger spots). You also have to write out your promos (Jericho cutting an anti-Cena promo: where does it take place? What does he say? and so on). This also has to be reasonable in that it has to fit in a two-hour timeframe (or three hours, if it is a PPV).
Your job is to book for THREE PPVs, INCLUDING YOUR M/TH SHOWS. IF IT IS A JOINT PPV, YOU HAVE TO BOOK FOR BOTH SHOWS AS WELL.
For example:
Say you want to book for RAW and start booking at Survivor Series (November). The next PPVs are Armageddon, New Year's Revolution, and the Royal Rumble (with the Rumble being your last booking day).
Make sense?
To begin, write who your champions are. Pick a PPV, say New Year's Revolution for RAW. Create a card, and give a brief background of the storyline, feuds, etc. going into that PPV. Then, write up your PPV. Who are the champions afterwards? Then, start picking your shows, etc.
I really don't have a "due date" for this, but since it is going to take awhile to write this all out, how does next weekend (seven-nine days) sound?
If you have any questions, let me know. Also, let me know if you'd like to participate :).
ChodaBoy
08-05-2005, 05:21 PM
Whoa, haha.
What an idea!
So we have till next weekend to write the entire thing?
Whoa, haha.

The "due date" is flexible, like I said. I know it's going to take me awhile to write everything I want.
Anything and everything is fair game. You want Simon Dean to be WHC? So be it.

This is what I have so far. This is the feud behind the WWE Title.
Feud Behind The WWE Title:
It all started as Backlash came to a close. John Cena, Chris Jericho and Kurt Angle were just about finished their match. Jericho was lying outside the ring, bleeding from the head after an illegal chair shot from Angle. Cena was doing everything he could to keep Angle at bay, to stay away from his submission moves. Suddenly, Angle dodged a punch and landed the Angle Slam. Cena could barely stand up afterwards. Angle threw punch after punch to Cena’s face, eventually cutting him open. Blood streamed down Cena’s face as Angle went for the pin. Jericho suddenly pulled Angle off Cena and began the Walls of Jericho on him. Angle managed to last for 20 seconds, and just when he was about to tap Cena smashed the back of Jericho’s head with his elbow. Angle rolled away from the pair of them and laid in the corner, struggling to regain his strength. Cena hoisted Jericho up for the FU, but out of nowhere Triple H smashed him in the face with a steel mallet. The crowd began to boo as Triple H made his return to RAW. He then threw Jericho out of the ring and stared at the rising Angle, who was going over to cover Cena, very slowly. Triple H then left the ring and went backstage, Angle covering Cena for the win.
On the next several episodes of RAW Cena and Triple H argued and attacked one another backstage repeatedly. Angle, meanwhile, was living the high life as the undefeated WWE Champion...

OFFICIAL (YET NOT SET IN STONE) INSTRUCTIONS FOR BOOKING GAME
///
You are the head booker of either RAW or Smackdown!.
Starting after a PPV, you are to book your show (you pick, RAW or SD!). However, you don't just create the PPVs; in addition, you have to book the Monday (or Thursday) shows as well.
You have free reign and control, and can make any business decisions you wish.
Do you think someone is being underused currently and you want to give them a title push?
Are you tired of JBL being the top heel on Smackdown!?
Do you want someone so desperately to have a face/heel turn?
This is where you decide. It's your show.
Some general rules:
You CANNOT just say, "Rene Dupree vs. Viscera, Viscera wins." You have to write out the entire match (at the very least, have a beginning, middle, and finish, and write only the bigger spots). You also have to write out your promos (Jericho cutting an anti-Cena promo: where does it take place? What does he say? and so on). You are in charge of anything and everything that goes on during a weekday show and PPV.
The show has to be reasonable in that it has to fit in a two-hour timeframe (or three hours, if it is a PPV).
I also ask that you make the shows plausible: for instance, don't have Mark Henry wrestling Juventud for the cruiserweight title. And I highly doubt we'd see a Edge/Matt Hardy tag team, so don't do something like that, either. I would also be against trading, unless you can fit it into the storyline somehow.
But hey, if you want to incorporate Brock Lesnar into your storyline, then go for it.
///
Your job is to book for THREE PPVs, INCLUDING YOUR M/TH SHOWS. IF IT IS A JOINT PPV, YOU HAVE TO BOOK FOR BOTH SHOWS AS WELL.
Example:
Say you want to book for RAW and start booking at Survivor Series (November). The next PPVs are Armageddon, New Year's Revolution, and the Royal Rumble (with the Rumble being your last booking day).
To begin, you need to write a brief paragraph or list of feuds, storylines, and such GOING IN TO THAT PPV.
Assume that you want to start with Summerslam.
Example of a list:
WHC: Batista
US title: Chris Benoit
Tag champs: Psicosis and Super Crazy
Cruiserweight champion: Juventud
Feuds: In the WHC picture, JBL is the #1 contender after winning last week's fatal four way between himself, Randy Orton, the Undertaker, and Orlando Jordan. After the match, Orton bashed the Undertaker and Jordan with a steel chair, but didn't leave the ring until hitting the RKO for good measure. While OJ is recovering from the injuries, the Deadman will face Orton in a no-DQ match. Booker T has been in a feud with Benoit for a number of weeks due to a disagreement the two had as partners in a tag match a month ago. With the series tied 1-1, their winner-takes-all battle for the US title will take place at Summerslam. Paul London is the #1 contender for the cruiserweight title after defeating Nunzio in the contender's match one week ago. Finally, Eddie Guerrero and Rey Mysterio will settle their feud over the custody of Dominick in a Ladder match, where Dominick's custody papers will be suspended above the ring in a briefcase.
So, keeping with this SD! example (first PPV name, in this case, Summerslam) matches:
WHC: Batista (c) vs. JBL
US Title: Chris Benoit (c) vs. Booker T
Cruiserweight title: Juventud (c) vs. Paul London
Rey Mysterio vs. Eddie Guerrero, Ladder match and custody of Dominick
(Also, don't forget that you have to book for RAW, but you do not have to do a paragraph of feuds or list the titles... only matches. We will get the idea. See below):
WWE championship: Edge (c) vs. Kane
Tag team championship of the world: Hurricane and Rosey (c) vs. The Heart Throbs
Women's title: Trish (c) vs. Christy Hemme
IC championship: Carlito (c) vs. John Cena
Inter-promotional match: Rob "Con Man" Conway vs. Christian

October (late) To-be-named SD! PPV (SD!)
I read somewhere that the PPV will be known as Halloween Havoc, another old WCW PPV name.
Ooh, okay, thanks. We'll go with that. I was originally going to have people just create their own name for it if they wanted, but that'd be great.
What's said is that I remember the promos for Halloween Havoc... the pissed-off looking Jack O'Lantern animation as they went down the card... bwah hah hah hah.

RAW Champions:
WWE Champion = John Cena
Intercontinental Champion = RVD
Women’s Champion = Lita
World Tag Team Champions = Eugene and Chris Masters
PPV Bookings:
May 3rd (Backlash)
June 6th (Bad Blood)
July 11th (Vengeance)
Feuds: In the WWE title picture lately, John Cena has been on the top of the world. But will that all change as Backlash comes into the picture? Kurt Angle is the new #1 contender after beating out Big Show, Edge and Chris Jericho in a Fatal 4 Way match last week on RAW, and will face Chris Jericho and John Cena at Backlash for the WWE title. Jericho bullied manager Eric Bischoff last week into including him in the match up, or else he and the other members of Jericho’s band Fozzy would trash Bischoff’s limousine. Rob Van Dam had a few words for Carlito, who was in the middle of Carlito’s Cabana, interviewing Matt Hardy. He stated that he accepted Carlito’s challenge at Backlash for the Intercontinental Title that was stolen from him at Wrestlemania 22. Then, without warning, Hardy grabbed Carlito and performed the Twist of Fate. It was then evident that Hardy had been there on instructions from RVD to injure Carlito. The show cut to commercial as paramedics rushed to his aid. The Tag Team Titles are safely in the hands of Eugene and Chris Masters after defeating the Heartthrobs at Wrestlemania 22. But for how much longer? Masters offered to pair up with Eugene to take down the Heartthrobs, who have become a formidable presence on RAW. The Heartthrobs challenged Masters and Eugene to a match at Backlash, which they instantly accepted. The Women’s Title is in jeopardy as Victoria challenged Lita to a match at Backlash as well. Victoria and Matt Hardy attacked Lita and Edge backstage, leaving Edge injured and Lita exasperated. She then accepted Victoria’s challenge. Will we have a new WWE champion? Can RVD retain his title? Are the Tag Team Titles with Masters and Eugene for good? Watch Backlash this Sunday to find out.
BACKLASH SCHEDULE:
In order of appearance:
1) Viscera vs. Gene Snitsky
2) Lita (w/Edge) vs. Victoria (w/Matt Hardy)
3) Chris Masters and Eugene vs. The Heartthrobs (Tag Team Titles)
4) RVD vs. Carlito (Intercontinental Title)
5) Shawn Michaels vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin
6) John Cena vs. Chris Jericho vs. Kurt Angle (WWE title)

OFFICIAL (YET NOT SET IN STONE) INSTRUCTIONS FOR BOOKING GAME
///
///
Booker T has been in a feud with Benoit for a number of weeks due to a disagreement the two had as partners in a tag match a month ago.
Christian

NOTE: I've decided to post my matches in one post each, and in small doses, as opposed to posting a hell of a lot of info later.
BACKLASH (Location: LA, California)
1) Viscera vs. Gene Snitsky
Backlash was packed with a full house of fans eager to see if Cena would retain his WWE title, if RVD could hold off the revenge-seeking Carlito, and much more. The first match of the night was Viscera vs. Snitsky. Snitsky, enraged at Viscera for crashing his special announcement that fans still hadn’t heard until after this match, proposed the match at Backlash. One thing was for certain; it had something to do with Lillian Garcia. The crowd booed as Snitsky’s music hit and he made his way to the ring, looking more ferocious than ever. However, when Big Vis’s music hit the arena exploded in cheer as no one wanted to see Snitsky win. Viscera made his way slowly down to the ring as Lillian Garcia watched him intently from the ring. As soon as he entered, though, she exited the ring. Viscera stared intently at Snitsky, who was eager to begin. The bell rang and both superstars went for the grapple. The match became more intense with each passing minute as the superstars threw punch after punch at each other. Viscera was slowly gaining the upper hand and Snitsky was becoming tired. Suddenly, he had an idea. Viscera threw him across the arena but he purposely ran into the referee, knocking him down. Snitsky exited the ring and grabbed a steel chair from under the arena, then got back in the ring and moved towards Viscera. He dodged the chair shot and grabbed Snitsky’s throat for a chokeslam, but Snitsky kneed him in the stomach. While Viscera was on the ground trying to catch his breath Snitsky picked up the chair and held it over Viscera. He then slammed it down on him a total of 6 times, leaving Viscera unconscious. The ref then counted out Viscera and proclaimed Snitsky the official winner of the match. As soon as it was over, Snitsky grabbed a mike and called Lillian Garcia up to the ring. When she was inside he began a five-minute speech he had prepared, about how he loved Lillian more than he loved beating someone to a pulp. Lillian was taken back. Nobody had expected Snitsky to love anyone. But just then, Viscera smashed Snitsky from behind with the chair. He then bounced off the ropes and did a leg drop right on Snitsky’s throat. Viscera cast a dark look at Lillian and then exited the ring, storming off out of site. Snitsky sat up and ran to chase after him, but several referees came out to the ring and held him back. This rivalry was evidently not over yet.

Okay, I've finished Lita vs. Victoria.
2) Lita (w/Edge) vs. Victoria (w/Matt Hardy)
The fans at Backlash had just come away from a shock. Snitsky was in love with Lillian? It didn’t make any sense to them. Then, Lita’s music hit and the crowd instantly went into a chorus of boos. Lita and Edge walked through the smoke with smug looks on their faces as they made their way down to the ring. She climbed into the ring and stretched, making sure she was ready. Suddenly, the crowd went wild as Matt Hardy and Victoria came through the smoke as well. Matt was glaring at Edge with a look of such hatred in his eyes and Victoria was glaring at the title, like she had to take it from Lita. Matt and Edge kept their eyes on each other as the match began. Lita tried a few times to land a superkick to the head but missed as Victoria nimbly dodged them. Lita then bounced off the ropes and clotheslined the unexpecting Victoria. She crumpled to the ground. Lita picked her up and rammed her into the turnbuckle. Lita picked up Victoria again but she managed to elbow Lita in the stomach, sparing her enough time to get up again. Edge and Hardy were both keeping close eyes on each other. Lita was thrown into the ropes and connected with a jumping clothesline from Victoria. Lita was immobilized on the ground as Victoria tried to pick her up again. Edge suddenly jumped into the ring and hit the referee from behind, knocking him down. He then picked Victoria up and performed the Edgecution. Hardy was slowly sneaking around to Edge’s end. Edge positioned himself for the spear as Lita and Victoria both got to their feet. Hardy jumped in and Edge nailed him with the spear, as he had been watching him out of the corner of his eye and it was evidently his initial plan. Hardy groaned in pain and rolled out of the ring and onto the floor. There was no stopping Edge now. He was just about to hit the spear when the lights blacked out. The whole arena was confused for a few seconds as the lights turned back on and the arena broke into a huge cheer. Lita was unsure about what had happened. She looked ahead, she looked left, and she looked right. Then she looked behind and was grabbed by the throat and chokeslammed. Edge ran to help his wife but Kane clotheslined him. Edge was knocked out cold on the floor. Kane then brought a steel chair up to the ring and stood Lita up in the corner. He yelled something about this being for what she did to him. Kane ran towards her with the chair and smashed it over her head. She was cut open, blood streaming down her face as she fell to the ring floor. Kane began to sickly laugh as he dragged Lita over to Victoria and was pinned for a 3 count. Victoria and Kane couldn’t have been happier. Victoria was the new Women’s Champion and Kane had finally gotten vengeance for his ex-wife’s betrayal. Suddenly, Hardy turned Kane around and hit the Twist of Fate. The crowd quieted down a fair bit. He yelled something at Kane and left the ring with Victoria, leaving the broken Kane, the bleeding Lita and the bruised Edge for all to see. Paramedics rushed to aid Lita, who was unconscious and losing blood. Edge stood up and glared at the body of Kane. Was this rivalry still underway?

Yeah. What I've now decided to do to make it easier on everybody is I'll post my rough copy for people to glance at and then at the end of the month in one suuuuuper long post I'll post everything again. That way you won't have to keep looking for the info if you missed something.
You will probably have to make two or three posts, since posting limit is 10,000 characters, heh. It might even take four or five

Okay, here's the World Tag Team match.
3) Chris Masters and Eugene vs. The Heartthrobs
The fans were still fairly silent at seeing Lita get carried away on a stretcher. Even though they loathed her now for becoming a heel, they still thought Kane went a little overboard. Suddenly, the arena came alive again as the Tag Team Champions Eugene and Chris Masters walked proudly out from behind the curtain. Everyone wanted to see them retain, as they were such a good combination of friendship and wrestling ability. They made their way down to the ring wearing bold smiles, Eugene doing his usual Hulk Hogan impression. But then their music stopped and the Heartthrobs music hit the arena. The crowd booed the ex-champions as they did their little dance and made their way down to the ring. From the looks on their faces they were expecting a standing ovation. They climbed into the ring and stared down Masters, who was beginning the match-up against Romeo. The bell rang and the two burly men grappled. Masters prevailed and picked up Romeo for a power slam that connected a second later. Romeo lay on his back, writhing in pain. For the next few minutes Masters was all over Romeo, slamming him, clotheslining him, punching him, kicking him, performing submission moves. Romeo was helpless up until the point where he finally managed to counter one of Masters moves and reverse it for a kick to the head. He crawled toward and Antonio and slapped his hand, tagging him in. Antonio grabbed Masters before he could tag in Eugene and pulled him into the middle of the ring. He grabbed Masters in a Sleeper hold and tried to make him pass out. Masters kept fighting but his strength was growing thin. He was under the hold for over 45 seconds but still managed to stay awake. He was suddenly filled with adrenaline and managed to stand up and break the hold, but he fell down again out of exhaustion. He was a few inches from Eugene but looked like he had passed out. Eugene reached toward Masters with all his strength but Romeo came from behind and tugged Eugene off the side apron. He fell onto the ground below and Romeo took his spot. Antonio grabbed Masters and picked him up for a power slam but Masters somehow managed to muster enough strength to punch Antonio in the face. He dropped Masters face first onto the floor. Antonio struggled to regain vision as Masters inched towards Eugene, who had knocked Romeo off to regain his old position. Then, with a burst of adrenaline, he just managed to touch one of Eugene’s fingers. The crowd roared as Eugene ran into the ring and clotheslined Antonio, and then Romeo, who had climbed into the ring as well. Eugene ran around the ring like an airplane, and pinned Romeo for a 3 count. Eugene and Masters, who had managed to stand up, grabbed hold of their titles as Eugene danced around the arena doing a Shawn Michaels impression. He turned back to face Masters and was hit with the Clothesline From Hell. Masters stood over the now fallen Eugene with a smug look on his face as the crowd went deathly silent. Masters then motioned to the backstage area and Ric Flair came out with a chair and an equally smug look on his face. Masters picked up Eugene in the Masterlock as Flair entered the ring with the chair. Eugene yelled in pain as Flair taunted him. Then he slammed the chair into Eugene’s chest, while he was being held in the Masterlock. He did it once more, and then Masters swung Eugene around in the lock for a few more seconds, throwing him to the ground in a heap. Masters motioned for a mike and began to tell the crowd about how he had joined Evolution and was now allied with Ric Flair. He also said that he had planned this from the day he joined the WWE, and how he and Flair were now the new Tag Team Champions, according to Eric Bischoff. He then told Eugene that he wasn’t fit for the wrestling world and how he deserved every bit of pain Masters had just put him through. Eugene was out cold, so it didn’t really matter what Masters said. Masters and Flair left the ring and went backstage to an enourmous chorus of boos. Eugene managed to sit up at the last second with a look of absolute confusion on his face as Masters and Flair left the arena and vanished behind the curtain.

Here is RVD vs. Carlito (w/Tomko).
4) RVD vs. Carlito
The fans were still watching Eugene hobble out of the arena. Everyone was shocked. No one had expected Masters to turn on Eugene like that. And now that he was part of Evolution, who knew whom his next victim would be? The crowd suddenly was on its feet, giving a standing ovation to Rob Van Dam, who’s music had just hit and who had just walked through the mist. He made his way briskly down to the ring, showing a look of hard determination and grit. He did his RVD pose for the crowd and then laid back on the ropes, waiting for Carlito. And out he came. Carlito had brought a special guest to the arena; one Tyson Tomko. Tomko and Carlito had recently allied and swore to take down RVD together. They made their way down to the ring, facing a large number of boos. Carlito was smiling; he was sure RVD was never going to defeat him with the Problem Solver at his side. Tomko nodded to Carlito as the match began. RVD tried to counter Carlito’s initial punches with an impressive arsenal of kicks. Carlito managed to nimbly dodge them all and elbowed RVD in the back. He threw him into the ropes with an Irish Whip and picked him up for a suplex. RVD managed to counter into a very awkward version of a DDT, but it worked and Carlito fell to the ground. RVD pulled him up and landed a few punches until Carlito countered one and reversed it into a Chicken Wing. RVD’s arm was pinned againt his back and he couldn’t move. Then Tomko grabbed the referee’s ankles and pulled them backwards, so he landed face first on the ring floor. He got into the ring and kicked RVD in the stomach several times while Carlito immobilized him. The ref got back to his feet and made Tomko get out of the ring. He argued, but stepped out of the ring. Carlito was in total control of the match now. He was doing everything he could to steal that title back. Suddenly, RVD mustered enough strength to jump kick Carlito in the head. RVD was ready for his signature move. He climbed up on the turnbuckle and faced Carlito, but Tomko grabbed RVD by his ponytail and slammed him backfirst off the turnbuckle. The ref was busy making sure Carlito was not out cold as Tomko absolutely destroyed RVD. He finished with a huge power bomb onto the steel steps. RVD was lying motionless on the ground; it looked as if he had lost the match. Carlito pulled RVD back into the ring and went for the pin. 1...2...kick out! The ref’s hand was literally centimeters from the ring floor but it was only a 2 count. Carlito was enraged. He picked up RVD and was just about to perfrom a Swinging Neckbreaker when RVD did a Rey Mysterio impersonation and flipped underneath Carlito’s legs into a very awkward pin. Tomko suddenly slammed his hands onto RVD’s head in a hammershot. He got up, dazed but standing right in front of Carlito. Tomko charged at him and missed, but he did manage to hit Carlito. RVD did a spinning kick to the stunned Tomko, knocking him out cold. He then pinned Carlito for the win and his title. The crowd roared with glee as RVD walked backwards out of the arena, holding the title above his head while the motionless bodies of Tomko and Carlito lay in the ring.

Personally I'm holding out for Smackdown Vs Raw 2006. The videogames rock because half the time it's better quality than the matches on WWE programming.
this games stopping everyone talking normally.
Well, remember that the gap between SD! and RAW is pretty big. And no one really talks about Velocity and Heat here, really. I do sometimes, but the shows weren't all that great, unfortunately. They're starting to build their own storylines, which is cool.
But since RAW is tonight, people will watch. I just don't know what the previews are other than HBK and Hogan going "face-to-face" and another fantastic Diva Search competition
Why not make a seperate thread for it.
The idiots post in this thread enough as it is, we don't need more of them.
Also, that thread will get closed after everyone posts his write-ups, so that's not any good.

Meh.
Here is Austin vs. Michaels. I would never expect what happens in this match.
5) Shawn Michaels vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin
The crowd was still on their feet as RVD walked backstage claming his newly retained title. Carlito and Tomko looked extremely bitter as they slumped up the walk. Once they went backstage, the crowd went dead silent but then began a low boo for the traitor Shawn Michaels. He walked out of the arena with his music blaring and him dancing. He made his way down to the ring in his usual fashion, except he was getting no respect from any fans whatsoever. In fact, he was arguably the most hated member if RAW now that he had betrayed Hulk Hogan so long ago. But the fans never seemed to forget it, and neither did one Stone Cold Steve Austin, who announced his return to RAW with a challenge to Michaels at Backlash. Austin wanted everyone to see that Michaels was a joke, that he was nothing without the Hulkster by his side. So Michaels accepted the challenge and now they were here. With Michaels into the ring, the crowd suddenly exploded into cheers and yells as Austin’s music hit and he walked boldy out from backstage to face the arena. As he walked down the aisle, he stared at Michaels with a bit of a smile on his face, as if gloating that Michaels was about to be humiliated. The bell rang as the match began. Austin went for a few punches to start things off, all but one dodged by HBK. Michaels tried a few kicks to Austin’s abdomen, but it was like kicking a brick wall; that’s how strong his muscles are. Austin slammed Michaels down with a Suplex and did his usual taunts. Michaels was back on his feet soon enough and nailed Austin from behind with a face first clothesline. Austin groaned in pain and clutched his face as HBK jumped up onto the turnbuckle. He waited for a few moments and jumped, just missing Austin who rolled away. They were both on the ground now, and the referee began a 10 count. They were both up at six and the fierce battle continued. They exchanged blow after blow, slam after slam until they could each barely stand up. Austin went for a spinebuster but Michaels broke free and did a spinebuster of his own. Michaels went for a chair, as this was a No Disqualification match. He brought the chair into the ring and waited for Austin to stand up. When he was finally on his feet, Michaels rushed with the chair at Austin, but Stone Cold pulled a pair of brass knuckles out of his jeans pocket and smashed them into Michaels head. Michaels was cut open, and beginning to lose a lot of blood. He managed to sway to his feet but was knocked down again by Austin. Austin took off both his elbow braces as he prepared for the People’s Elbow. He ran to one side, to the other side but was nailed unexpectedly by HBK, holding a chair. He began to stomp the ring floor, signaling the Sweet Chin Music. Austin swayed to his feet but was hit right away with Michaels most powerful attack. Michaels covered him for a 2 count because somehow Austin kicked out and got to his feet. He countered blow after blow that HBK lashed out. Austin picked up HBK and finally performed his own spinebuster. Michaels was getting to his feet, but was hit with Austin’s signature move; the Stone Cold Stunner. HBK was down for the count, and Austin had won the match. Suddenly, Hulk Hogan’s music hit and he walked down to the ring, wearing a very classy suit. He grabbed a mike on the way down and stepped inside, Michaels, who had managed to get to his feet, and Austin wondered what he was in there for. He began to talk about all the times he’s heard HBK get bashed for what he did to himself. He laughed and then began to talk about how much he and Austin’s past reflected in what he was about to do. Suddenly, without warning, HBK and Hulk Hogan did a Double Sweet Chin Music to the face of Austin. They both stared at the motionless body of Austin as the crowd went unimaginably silent and then they shook hands, patting each other on the back and laughing about what they had done. Slowly, as they made their way back up to the ring, the crowd began a low boo. They were in total shock. Their hero turned out to be a zero after all.

Meh, they really killed Hardy by bringing him back, I think.
I mean, look who he wrestled: freakin' Shitsky. The whole renegade angelic diablo angle was going so well, and then they bring him back. I think they should have just had a "non-sanctioned" streetfight (or something similar) at Summerslam, and then brought him back. Although the Edge attack was a good taste of medicine of sorts, I think Hardy is now firmly cemented in the midcard because this really killed his momentum.
I could be wrong, however. We'll see, I guess. I'm willing to bet, though, that Edge will go over at Summerslam to set him up for the WHC run, which will kill Hardy even more and just make the fans angry, heh.

So a possible Dusty vs Flair match in the future. Does Anyone actually want to see this match. I for one really wouldn't. Last time i saw dusty wrestle he was a long way past it.

I'd laugh if the WWE writers stole our ideas and gave us credit as our usernames.
If I received a call from WWE, I wouldn't ask for money or anything, just a shot to work in the company.
But that'll never happen, so I'll continue my university studies.

A chance...to write...for the WWE.
What a chance it would be.
Not necessarily to write, but to wrestle :)
But I'm not 6'2" and 270 pounds, so I don't think I have a shot.
I'm less than a half-inch away from 6', but that's about it.

I'd love to be involved in some kind of on-screen role. Either that or a writer.

The last nitro was such an emotional show. Flair and Sting. One last time. WOOOOOOOOOO.
