It has somewhat of a world music flavour to it with a strage mixture of shoegazer kinda jazz and dreamy blues feel, and Jennifer Charles has the sexist voice you could ever imagine. The songwriting is great too. Rather euphoric. Imagine sitting in a empty jazz club on a rainy night when suddenly a seductive singer comes on stage and begins whispering on the mic. That's pretty much how the entire listening experince is like.

Bukowski
12-30-2005, 07:56 PM
Well that sounds cool. I dig alot of shoegaze music, i love jazz, and i know nothing about world music. I'll listen to it just now.

Edit: I'm on track 3, Timing is Everything, and i can see what you mean about the singer. Her voice oozes sexiness, as stupid as that sounds. And yeah, its pretty dreamy - i can imagine just sitting back and losing myself amongst it all. I'm really digging the singer, and i especially liked the first song. So all good so far.
