Nothing that surprising, really. I think Kraftwerk's new record is the bomb, but you knew that, right? ;)

Oh, actually, I did listen to both Interpol - Antics and Black Star - Black Star today. I enjoyed Black Star muchly - it's such a great night-time record. As for Interpol, I still think they're awesome to listen to for about 5 songs, then they get boring.

I haven't been able to listen to much musak lately, but I have just returned from seeing Motley Crue in Manchester, which was incredible, and have been on a buzz from that.

I've also been listening to some Oasis, some Aerosmith(Toys In The Attic) and the Floyds album I just downloaded.

ah, just a crush on someone and having mixed emotions on whether the boy has the same feelings about me, etc. It's so grade school.

Today is going to be a Kings of Covenience and Belle and Sebastian day, but if things go really well tonight with the above situation, I will probably switch over to some Architecture in Helsinki.

I used to have Louden Up Now when it first came out, then my computer crashed. I just got it from the YSI thread, so I'm listening to it now. I've always though it was, "alright". Perhaps it will give me a better impression secodn time around.

I just got The Proximity Effect aswell, goodness. I can see the Weezer comparison, but I'd say Nada Surf on a whole are more mature and have a larger scope.

It's above par (a C) that's all, nothing more and nothing less. In my eyes it's far from "brilliant", it's just a solid album. It's an album that you don't listen to more than once in the same day and that's the measuring stick for me. If I can listen to any given album more than once (all the way through) in the same day then something clicked.
