Swami

Nope.

They're pretty different albums. Ugly Organ is so far ahead in all aspects. You'll find Domestica quite different because of the lack of Cello.

It's a really cool record, but Ugly Organ surpasses it.

Electrocution

No way. Domestica is 100 times better. The Ugly Organ is catchier, some songs are a little more upbeat, but Domestica...wow, raw emotion.

Swami
02-22-2005, 04:59 PM
Your opinion.

I think Ugly Organ is more polished, but the emotions are a lot more raw. Kasher's basically laying himself out, whereas in Domestica he's kinda holding back.

Ugly Organ has a great sense of humour, and it's more angry and pissed off than the basic sadness that Domestica shows.

-And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead = source tags and codes

The Dears = No Cities Left
Modest Mouse = the Moon and Antarctica : float never really caught me, but this cd is just mesmerizing
