What's everyones deal with "retro" thrash bands? Why do you think they suck so much? I actually enjoy bands like Flesh Made Sin and Bonded by Blood. I know everyone for some odd reason really digs Municipal Waste, but turn up their nose at the bands I just listed. What gives?

Deadmeat Disciples was good, Deathrash Assault kicked amazing amounts of ***, but yes, Cult of Death was a complete and utter ****-fest.

Exmortus' vocals aren't horrible. Besides, the guitars are what make that band.

1. Take thrash classic.

I quite like Annihilator's middle catalogue (King of the Kill and Refresh the Demon) though that isn't really thrash I spose, more sped up metal with the odd slower song

Anytime. Only gripe I have with the album so far is that one of the riffs to "Circle of Annihilation" is very similar to "Iron Cobra" (actually, "Circle..." comes before "Iron Cobra" but since "Iron Cobra" is about the movie Cobra, it wins).
