View Full Version : Request a Review

sting-ray
11-15-2003, 03:00 PM
If you are thinking of buying or looking into a CD and you want a review on it first, post your requests for a perticular CD in this thread and if someone has the CD, they'll hopefully make a review on it. (in a seperate thread)

- only make a request if a thread IS NOT already made.

- this thread is ONLY for requests (no spam what so ever).

- hopefully this will help.

Can someone do the new Eagles greatest hits CD (The Very Best of) or something like that.....It's 2 CDs and it's in a white case. It's a fairly new release, so if you have it...

what I'm looking for is the songs on it, and how they sound together. I'm pretty sure it's the studio recordings, so I know what they sound like like, but as a progression and flow of the songs, how does it sound?!

I wrote a review of GC - The Young And The Hopeless to try and tell people that they aren't so bad and judging them on 3 crappy singles is so wrong.

Could someone please review Dredg - Leitmotif? (I think that's what it's called)

I'm in love with El Cielo at the moment so I'd really appreciate if someone could shed some light on their earlier release.

^^ please... i bet there would be a zillion reviews on the net about such 'hip hop' artists, and people would only review it negatively on the site, so let's keep good music on the forum!! and if you want REAL hip hop listen to public enemy, beastie boys, stetsosonic, mc hammer etc. early 90's hip hop rocks!

^ Oh the hypocrisy. You're trying to tell people that not all hip-hop is the same, that some good actually exists, and then when someone tells you why there won't be any fair reviews, you start to make generalizations about HIS tastes. Go home.

thats enough. Both of you. Saying "gay this" and "gay that" will get you banned next time. There is no rule prohibiting hip-pop reviews. Learn how to live with each other for gods sake.
