Was going to make a featured release but couldn't think of much to say about any of these...not that all the releases are bad, just nothing featurable that I have enough knowledge to write a blurb about. Anyway, here's the upcoming albums for this week. I'll pass on most of these, but the new twinsmith had some really chill songs so I may check it at some point.

Thought you would've featured the Coldplay or the Offa Rex release.

Looks like Offa Rex was accidentally slotted in last week's news, must've had an original drop date of 7/7. Whoops, oh well. And also whiffed on Coldplay -- haven't updated my list of upcoming releases in a bit so that's probably my fault.

Yeah that makes sense, both of those release dates have been moved from the original ones (Coldplay's multiple times in fact).

added both just now, thank you

Not much for me this week. Will give the new Silverstein a spin, but that's about it.

Yeah def a week I can overlook as well. June was the peak of the year so far and it seems like, so far anyway, the releases I'm most keen on won't pick up again until early Fall.

Wow this is a quiet summer.
New Waxahatchee could be something

Also. Dan Croll's new album is on Communion Records, not "Label: Dan Croll"

I feel like the second Shabazz Palaces album should have been mentioned

Great week. Will check Mura Masa, Dan Croll, Pains of Being Pure at Heart and Silverstein.

Another snooze of a week. Shabazz Palaces should be worth a go. Will try a couple of others.

Boris deserved a feature. Waxahatchee and POBPAH might be good. Better than last week for me.

Guys check out Lucy Rose's new album, a lot less pop-y than the last ones, a lot more serious. Already got it from pre-order, real happy with it!
