Tune-Yards (often written as tUnE-yArDs) is the moniker of musician Merrill Garbus. Her music, which consists mainly of her 2009 debut LP BiRd-BrAiNs, is lo-fi and avant-garde incorporating folk, R&B, and tribal rhythms to create a unique sound.
