lesser degree, the power metal crossover group Nightwish, although theyhave denied the gothic label. The bandconsists of vocalist Sharon den Adel, guitarist Robert Westerholt,
Jeroen Van Veen(bass), Martijn Spierenburg (keyboards), Ruud Adrianus Jolie(guitars) and Mike Coolen (drums).The band are often compared to Evanescence due to their similar
sound using female vocalists and symphonies to create theirsound.
