Unconscious Disturbance

Unconscious Disturbance is rooted in Sao Paulo, Brazil when drummer Daniel Freiberg and guitarist Patrick Caracas began playing together at the age of eight. This relationship formed into a friendship that would eventually evolve into a strong musical alliance. Unconscious Disturbance is rooted in Sao Paulo, Brazil when drummer Daniel Freiberg and guitarist Patrick Caracas began playing together at the age of eight. This relationship formed into a friendship that would eventually evolve into a strong musical alliance. Years later bassist Fadel Dabien, guitarist/vocalist Kiko Freiberg (Daniel Freiberg's younger brother) and vocalist Frederico Carneiro (who would eventually leave the band) joined the alliance and Unconscious Disturbance was born. After recording their first DIY EP, Unconscious Disturbance toured through Canada, where they performed nightly to impressed and captivated crowds, as well as many great fan reviews. After this tour is when Mind's Corner, their band’s first major studio album released on December 6th, 2012, first transitioned from mind to music. Their album release show was selected by The Village Voice as one of the best 10 concerts to watch in NYC that week, alongside household names such as Chucho Valdes and Neil Young. One month after their release ,UD was invited to headline at Palco do Rock, Brazil's biggest independent rock festival. A few months later, UD was invited to play at Festival Porão do Rock at Mané Garrincha Stadium with bands such as Suicidal Tendencies, Soulfly,and Krissiun. Since their relocation to Brooklyn, NY in 2012, UD has been impressing audiences with their high-energy stage presence, chops, innovation, and profound musical sensitivity. « hide
