Tragedy is a fantastic heavy hardcore band originally from Memphis, TN but now located in Portland, OR. The band formed in 2000 with members of His Hero Is Gone and Deathreat. Tragedy is known for dark and moody progressions, dowshifts in tempo, but most of all for being quite possibly the best hardcore punk band in recent memory. Much of this can be attributed to original songwriting which usually skips the traditional verse-chorus-ect. formula that many a hardcore band uses as well as an amazing vocal performance by Todd Burdette.
