One of the groups arguably responsible for kicking off the indie/rock Renaissance of the 1980s, They Might Be Giants are
unconventional and not afraid to experiment(although they stop just short of experimental). They play all styles, from straight
rock to ska to folk. They also do the music (including having recorded the Grammy-winning theme) for the Fox television show
Malcolm In The Middle. They recently won a Grammy for Best Kid's Album for Here Come The 123's.
