The Lizards
New York-based four-piece the Lizards make classic rock-influenced prog, heavy metal, blues, and funk. Formed in the early 2000s by former
StarPeople bassist Randy Pratt, the Lizards went through several lineup changes before settling on vocalist/keyboardist Mike DiMeo (Riot,
Masterplan),guitarist Patrick Klein, and drummer Bobby Rondinelli (Rainbow, Black Sabbath, Blue Öyster Cult). With albums like The Lizards (2001),
Lizards Rule(2003), Cold Blooded Kings (2004), and Against All Odds (2006), the group built a loyal following for their old-school brand of high-
energy rock. In2015, the Lizards released their seventh album, Reptilicus Maximus, featuring guest appearances from Vinnie Moore (UFO), Glenn
Hughes (DeepPurple), and Frank Marino (Mahogany Rush)
