The Human Abstract is a Los Angeles based metal band. The actual classification is some what difficult, considering the fact that they fuseprogressive with metal and hardcore, making a unique sound. With emotional screaming and singing, technical riffing and shredding, andcreative drumming, THA is a new force in the growing modern metal world. Despite some listeners giving criticism of the band, claiming anoveruse of arpeggios, THA show much talent, and as much potential. Forming in Los Angeles in 2004, the band released three LP's beforegoing on hiatus in 2011, following the release of Digital Veil.
