Mid-tempo emo that is slower and less theatrical than their labelmates and musical peers. Formed by former rivals Mike Carden (guitar) and William Beckett (vocals) in the Chicago area, and were joined by bassist Adam Siska, guitarist Adrian LaTrace Jr., and drummer Mike DelPrincipe. They were signed to Fueled By Ramen Records, and shortly after writing their debut album, Almost Here, DelPrincipe was replaced by Andy "The Butcher" Mrotek and LaTrace was replaced by Tom Conrad.
