Sunny Day Real Estate

Sunny Day Real Estate was a Seattle, Washington based emo band that were among some of the seminal groups to produce the more indie-rock influenced side of the genre. Formed in 1992, the band features Jeremy Enigk on guitar/vocals, Dan Hoerner on guitar/backing vocals, Nate Mendel on bass and William Goldsmith on drums. They released their first, most popular album Diary in 1994 on the Sub Pop label.

The original members of the band reformed in 2009.
