American industrial metal/nu metal band Spineshank was formed 1996 by Jonny Santos (vocals), Tommy Decker (drums), Mike Sarkisyan (guitar) and
Robert Garcia (bass). The major debut 'Strictly Diesel' was released 1998 on Roadrunner Records, followed by 'The Height Of Callousness', which was
released in 2000 and became quite a big succes in the USA. Their last album before splitting up was titled "Self-Destructive Pattern" and was
released in 2003. After the release of Self-Destructive Pattern the vocalist Jonny Santos left the band. Drummer Tommy Decker stated that the split
was "amicable" and was mainly due to "musical differences". In 2008 Jonny Santos reunited with the band, and right now Spineshank is in the process
of recording a new album.
