Powerhouse Christian Älvestam has yet again created a new project that pleases many melodic death metal fans around the
world. Essentially, Solution .45 is a supergroup comprised of members of Essence of Sorrow, Miseration, and The Few Against
Many. The Swedish band began as an idea in late 2007 and a new album - For Aeons Past - was released April 9, 2010. With
collaborations with the likes of Mikael Stanne of Dark Tranquillity and others, S.45 is an amalgamation of death metal riffs,
driving keys, and vocals that could only be performed by Älvestam: ear-shattering growls and soothing clean verses.
