RSJ is a metalcore band from York, United Kingdom.
Spawned in late 2002, RSJ set about creating heavy, groovy, noise metal. The band took their name from the building term 'Rolled Steel Joist', and an 'in-joke' to referencing "a good support" and also "heavy metal".
