With a fresh sound and the release of the second EP, The Fallen (2011) recorded and mixed by Ermin Hamidovic of Systematic Productions (Elm Street, Orpheus, Eye of the Enemy, In Malice's Wake), Naberus has left audiences in awe of their energetic and captivating live shows. Not only recreating the power and aggression of their recorded material, but going above and beyond with their on stage presence and persona, engaging stage show and relentless crowd interaction.
After 2 years of playing shows throughout Australia, including festivals such as the prestigious Sonic Forge (2011 and 2012) and Atmoshphere supporting Switzerland’s Sybreed, being published in Heavy Mag, and developing a strong web based following, 2013 sees Naberus ready to release their long awaited debut album Reveries.
An album that defines the unique sound Naberus has come to embrace after years of crafting their sound. Heavy and intricate riffs complemented by a strong and powerful rhythm section are laid beneath a powerful and striking vocal performance incorporating strong elements from both chaotic and intense growls to powerful melodic cleans. The results showcasing a unique and masterful blend of the many facets of classic melodic death and modern aggressive heavy metal.
With a heavy touring schedule in place, including supporting Sweden’s own Soilwork in Melbourne, Australia as part of their Australian tour, Naberus are ready to cement their place in the metal scene worldwide with Reveries. « hide |
