My Heart to Joy (formerly My Heart to Joy at the Same Tone) was a band from Connecticut that was active 2006-2011. They had 3 EPs and a full length, Seasons in Verse. They broke up in 2011 after releasing their Reasons to Be EP. They played a reunion show in 2013. Members of the band went on to form The World is a Beautiful Place & I Am No Longer Afraid to Die and Self Defense Family.
