The Menahan Street Band is a musical ensemble featuring musicians from Antibalas, El Michels Affair,Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings and the Budos Band. The group was founded by Thomas Brenneck whileliving in an apartment on Menahan St. in Bushwick, Brooklyn, New York. Their debut album, "Make theRoad by Walking", was released on Dunham, a sublabel of Daptone Records.
