The quartet only recorded one album, "How to Write Love Songs", which was only released in Japan yet featured a number of guest musicians including Whit Crane (of Ugly Kid Joe), Soulfly drummer Roy Mayorga and Queens of the Stone Age drummer Joey Castillo. According to Skindred guitarist Mikey Demus, the late Snot frontman Lynn Strait recorded one of his final songs with Mass Mental? too.

The group recorded one further live album, "Live In Tokyo", before disbanding. « hide
