Lou Reed and John Cale were two of the original members of the legendary New York City band The Velvet Underground. Nico was a
singer/songwriter/musician/model/actress who frequently worked with the American artist Andy Warhol. Nico first worked with the Velvet
Underground in 1967 on the album The Velvet Underground & Nico. In 1972, Reed, Cale and Nico reunited for a concert at the Bataclan
club in Paris, France.
