Local H formed in 1987 and come out of Zion, Illinois, United States. The band started out with Scott Lucas on guitar and vocals, and Joe Daniels on Drums. The band had trouble sticking with/finding a bass player so Scott Lucas decided to put bass pickups in his guitar. Joe Daniels left the band in 1999 so Scott recruited drummer Brian St. Clair. Since the beginning Local H has released 5 full length studio albums, one live album, and 2 EP's. Their record "As Good As Dead" was a big hit because it came out just when the Grunge scene was starting to die out. The band is still going and recently released a new album in 2012.
